I had an interesting discussion with +Jenn Pedde on Twitter about this. To sum up, I think there's some interesting (and valid) arguments in this post about the best and worst community management job descriptions.

I think it should be the community manager's responsibility to be responsible for measuring and reporting back on a community analytics. Of course, this might not always be the case in every organization.

What do you think? Who should be responsible for reporting back on the activity of an online community?
