Here's a #SpokenWord  Dialogue I wrote around Psalm 13 and #Waiting . We used it as our Msg Bumper this last weekend at our church.

#Brueggemann summarizes this so well! And, this should inform our reading of the #gospel

But seriously, if you're "on" Twitter but don't search, you're not on Twitter.

+Themer / @themerapp Any ideas why I repeatedly get this Loading bug returning from most any app to the HS?

Generally speaking, since there are always a wide variety of folks at every church, Belmont, quite simply, is a community of healing. Services are currently held on Saturday at 5:00P and Sunday at 9:00 and 11:00. Everyone truly is welcome.

Love McGuinness'! Why? Because their Irish Stew is choice, they have more than one pick of Guinness, and the wait staff/bartenders are fantastic. Also, the Fish & Chips is a tasty and affordable lunch option. The Lunch Hour is steady, but not usually packed and the Night Life has all sorts of folks--good for conversation. It's a pub!

Quintessential Tennessee BBQ -- in both food and experience. Pulled Pork, obviously, is a must try. It's perfect here. Also, for dessert: the Chess Pie is on time! If you're from the North, do not leave without trying the Chess Pie. Period.

Where Sam's is the hidden local sushi gem and Virago is the Asian Fusion tourist stop--Sushiyobi is the best of both worlds. Located on Demonbreun, you get a great vibe being in the restaurant, incredible sushi with a wide variety of rolls, lots of space (unlike Sam's) to enjoy your friends -- and all at an affordable price.

I am not a Bar Connoisseur, but 3 Crow is good times. The outside area at 3 Crow makes all the difference -- hanging lights, tables, conversation -- it's fun. It's a happening, trendy, well-visited little bar. The sound system is less than remarkable and the food is kind of sketchy -- but the wait staff and bartenders are always great.

Thee local sushi bar. Downtown off of Printer's Alley - you get what you came for. Of course, you need to eat what you get otherwise Sam will be no happy, haha.

The Lettuce Wraps sway even the most carnivorous of them all! What is not to love about P.F. Chang's!? It's romantic without losing the fun, it's hip without being trendy. The food is ALWAYS stellar, innovative, and just consistently satisfying. Sure, the parking situation is less than ideal, but carpooling can easily take care of that.
