Huge Obduction Music Announcement -
Two Years and Counting! It's hard to believe, but it's been almost two years since our Obduction Kickstarter succeeded, and our Obduction production began in earnest. Wow! We've accomplished so much this year — and we've had our share of ups and downs. But we're in a great space, and Obduction ...

I supported Jeff when he had a Patreon account and gained access to some beautiful images, affording me permission to use for some of my Tweets about my favorite show, #CriticalRole . Such great atmosphere in his work.

Digital Illustrator Looking for Work

My name is Jeff Brown, and I am a professional digital illustrator. I have worked for many projects, including RPG tabletop games, board games, video games, book covers, and film.

I do pieces like this for $450 each. On each of my pieces, I work directly with my clients and provide sketches as well as progress updates. Clients can make changes as I work. I get work done quickly, and always aim to have pieces done within two weeks for receiving the brief. Take a look at what some of my previous clients have said about me here: http://www.jeffbrowngraphics.com/client-reviews

When you commission me to paint a piece, you get the full rights to the image, I only ask to be able to use the image in my personal portfolio upon publication.

If you are interested in commissioning me, or would like to know more, please email me at jeffbrown67@gmail.com

If you know anyone who might be interested, please share this! It goes a long way in getting the word out and is very much appreciated.

Here's a new piece I did, the great deku tree from Ocarina of Time.
I always loved this game as a kid, I used to play it over and over.

Hopefully i'll do some more fan art from this game, it was a lot of fun!

You don't need to use tea bags, or place a map in the oven to age it. You can spend 5 minutes in Gimp or Photoshop, and get a lovely aged paper handout. It's a great way to add some atmosphere to your handouts quickly.
The key to a good map is the information it presents. As soon as you’ve done the line drawing on a map, it should be perfectly possible to pick it up and use it. Everything after that point is polish to make it pretty. But polish matters, especially when you’re trying to set the scene. …

Hello everyone! It seems that all my current clients are on hold, so I've got an empty week. I'm giving a $100 discount to the first 3 people who email me with a brief. That price would be $350 for an illustration.
Take a look at my work at www.jeffbrowngraphics.com and email me at Jeffbrown67@gmail.com
Please share this with anyone who might be interested!

Prepare to have your mind blown.  Watch this at high resolution, full screen, sound up.

The people over at http://www.enterprise3dproject.com/ are building an Oculus-ready copy of the Galaxy Class USS Enterprise (1701 D) and so far, what they have done is jaw-dropping.

Personally..this is my Enterprise.  I've loved this ship from the first time I laid eyes on it.  These people have done exactly what I've done since 1987...faithfully imagined and created vast areas on board the Enterprise that we never got to see thanks to a television budget.

We've never seen the main shuttlebay until now and its just glorious.  Its huge for one thing...but the attention to detail is what really makes this extraordinary.  The main freight elevator in main shuttlebay, the tractor conveyor array to move shuttlepods around the deck, the pre-flight lounge overlooking the disembarkation point...its all just perfect.

On the website, they've stated that their goal is to recreate every room, every hallway, and every closet of every deck.  Its a massive undertaking.

And just think...once the model is built....it will only continue to improve into the future...meaning that in a few years we're likely to be able to virtually run around in a massive, perfectly photo-realistic copy of the Enterprise.

The future is a nice place sometimes.
