Sir, you said the SS would be dead after 2015.  You cited its sales as a problem, you are wrong. it is a low volume car and will continue to the 2016 model year

One Bugatti Veyron I might see worth tossing $3 million at.

Was forced to buy the $10 insurance, under the claim that it was "policy." I accepted as I thought I had no choice. After going to another U-Haul provider just the other day to rent one again, the desk person said the insurance was 100% optional. I feel very ripped off after being told that it is a requirement, only to learn that it is optional. This is a shady way to increase your sales numbers. I'll never visit this place again...

Went there today for tooth pain, knowing that I likely needed either a root canal or extraction. The doctor confirmed it in a rather unprofessional manner, then they came with a B.S. $914 estimate for a root canal WITH MY INSURANCE. I was like "whoa, how much for an extraction?" They again came back with a crazy $115. According to my insurance docs, this should have been between $30 and $100. As for the root canal, I did not look at all of the ad ons to compare them to my insurance docs, but my maximum out-of-pocket per year is $700... Um, that is a full $214 less than they quoted me... Not cool. On top of that, the office is dirty and dingy, the tools are old, the waiting time was excessive and the assistant "selling" me the job was not nice at all. She sounded to sales-person like rather than considering my costs.I am going for a 2nd opinion and likely never returning to this office...

I went here in hopes of getting a new primary care physician, as my old doctor does not accept my new insurance. After making the appointment for them to see my pregnant wife. The woman I spoke to on the phone in making the appointment knew my wife was pregnant and had no issue with it. Once we got to the office, we found out that the doctors there do not see pregnant women for any reason (even basic checkups and illnesses). On top of that, none of the office workers could not agree on this rule, and they actually argued as to whether they could see my wife or not. Finally, after talking to the office manager and the doctor, they said that they cannot see her. Fortunately, they allowed me to take her appointment and get to see the doctor for my initial check up. The doctor was good, but the office people were terrible, and this is why I will not be using them as my primary care facility. To make matters worse, a few days later they called and said that they now could see my wife for a check up and then refer us to an OBGYN for the pregnancy. Totally ridiculous that the office staff has no idea what the rules are and that they would send us home only to try to call us back in later to see the doctor.

Had three trees removed, stumps ground and two palms trimmed by Pasco Tree & Crane, thanks to a great recommendation from my neighbor. They arrived bright and early in the morning ready to work. The guys are all really friendly and Bill, the supervisor, was very courteous and appreciative of my business. He really made me feel like I was important and that they wanted to work for me. The price was very fair ($700) for the entire job and the work was fantastic. They also completed the work in just under two hours, and did a nice job cleaning up the site. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone that needs tree service.

Great pricing and really high-quality sod. My only issue is that they do not run a hard-set schedule and they do not call you until the day they are coming to do the work. It worked well for me because I work from home, but some may find that inconvenient. Otherwise, the workers are all pleasant, neat and hard working, plus they went above and beyond by uneven clearing the grass from me landscaping project that is in the works. If it weren't for the scheduling issue, I would have given them five stars. Their service is certainly five stars, but the scheduling process is not. I would used them again and would recommend Gladiator Sod to anyone! :)

I went to Friendly Kia on a program that I was very skeptical of and these folks made all of our concerns melt away from the second the entire process started. Roger Gibson, our sales person, was the most enjoyable car sales person I have ever dealt with, and he made the entire process a joy. Roger took his time and made sure that we got the right car at the exact payment my family needed -- none of this "well it's only $30 more than you said you could afford" stuff. Originally, the color car we wanted was not on their lot, and they were willing to do a trade with another dealer to bring in the color car we wanted, which is a headache that most dealers would not even bother to offer. Fortunately, one car happened to become available the next day that was the color we wanted, so no need to even do the trade. But the fact that they were willing to do a trade like that shows their dedication to keeping customers happy. The first interest rate they found was way out of our budget, but the finance people worked hard to get us under 5% on our loan, so our payment was actually $20 less than we were budgeting even with the extended warranty added in (100,000 miles/10 years bumper-to-bumper). The young lady in the finance office (her name unfortunately escapes me) was fantastic in explaining everything and did not pressure us one bit into buying anything -- we chose on our own to go with the extended warranty. We also dealt with Eddie, the sales manager, and the general manager John, and both were overly gracious for our business. I have never in my life had a dealership pay this much attention to me, they certainly earned a lifetime customer. On top of all of this great service, I also notice when I got home that there were two small scratches on the car, and I called the GM John who said just bring it in and they'll fix it up, no problem at all. Most dealers would say "hey, you signed the inspection sheet, how do we know you didn't do that," but bot the folks at Friendly. Wow, wow, wow.... I am simply amazed, and I will tell all of my friends and family to take the trip to Friendly Kia for their next car.
