I give them 5 stars for the simple fact that they have excellent customer service. There was no pressure on me purchasing a vehicle from them at all. I actually received a better price after I was schooled on talking the price of my now 2013 vehicle down to $14.500 from $15999. Even received a lower interest rate from the lot I had previously visited. I had to come back the next day to receive my vehicle because of my insurance company being closed at that time but when I did, Chris (my rep) took my car to the gas station to fill it up. No problems out of my car yet but I did get a warranty jik.

Trust me when I say at 62 yrs of age I have dealt with many car co. I have to say by far JBCC is the "best of the best" in caring, service. It was an all around wonderful experience. I had been looking for 6 months for a truck with in my price range. They had it and I got it!! I adore this co. and the people who work for them. They let YOU take YOUR time to find the right FIT. Just bought an 07' Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from them. On the plus, the sales and financing part of the transaction went great. After that, not pleasant. In the transaction we asked about what kind of inspections the cars go through and the salesman told us that they had something similar to a 50 point safety inspection before a car is sold. They also said that there was a 60 day warranty that would cover the majority of anything that could happen. Later that night I got a locker light blinking and I returned the car to service. They said that it was something that should be covered by warranty and sent me off. I took it to a mechanic that found out that there was a bunch more issues than I thought. Te light cluster on the panel had been disassembled and there was black electrical tape over a warning light for the sway bar disconnect. The ball joints were shot as well. My mechanic says that these are all issues that should have definitely come up in a proper safety inspection. The warranty is not going to cover any of these issues and Just Better Cars is saying that they will not help me out on any of it. They said that since the car has been off the lot for a couple of weeks, it is not their issue even though my mechanic says that the ball joints are a wear issue that could not have progressed so far in a two week period. Now I am stuck with a couple thousand in repair bills and a warranty that can't cover it.
