=========

A small addition to my How-To:

If you used a filesystem that uses inodes, you may run into disk space issues due to SARG. Make sure to regularly archive old SARG reports as SARG creates a large number of files.

Feel free to use this script - modify it to suit your needs(make sure you create the ARCHIVE directory first):

##########################################################

cd /var/www/localhost/htdocs/squid-reports/
mv /var/www/localhost/htdocs/squid-reports/images /var/www/localhost/htdocs/
for dir in */
do
  base=$(basename "$dir")
 tar --preserve-permissions -czvf "${base}.tar.gz" "$dir"
 mv "${base}.tar.gz" /var/www/localhost/htdocs/ARCHIVE/
 rm -R "$dir"
done
mv /var/www/localhost/htdocs/images /var/www/localhost/htdocs/squid-reports/
