Extremely amusing!! Laugh out loud funny.  Hope non-parents know the book!

This is just all kinds of awesome.
I've read Goodnight Moon almost every night for the past two years.  It's a wonderful book which my son enjoys.  Here are some of my issues with the bedroom depicted in it. 1.  The Size of the Bedroom This bedroom is enormous.  There is no one, I think, who has not noticed this.  As someone…

So, for a photo styling of a vacant, investor-flip, you put a set of spices on a magnetized strip on the hood over the cooker. It's now fixed to the appliance. Bad staging idea?  When the buyers arrive, it's not there. Yet it looked part of the appliance - in the photo.  (A better one than this, admittedly.)  What do my staging colleagues think?

Does France not have freedom of speech? These cartoons are wrenching... and kinda recalls the first "Feed The World" music video when suddenly everyone cared about famine... now the First Amendment.
Cartoonists from all over the world mourn in the wake of a Paris shooting that killed as many as 12 people, many of whom are members of Charlie Hebdo.

I cannot believe how fast River city is growing! It's great for them, but I worry which area is losing people as a result and hoping it's not Arlington.  Such a great neighborhood, and Regency Mall is NOT helping them one bit!
The $1.5 million Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers restaurant will be built in the River City Marketplace on Jacksonville’s Northside.

I have my own favorite home stagers in NYC (+Debbie Oulvey ) yet I have to admit there are some very clever ideas here. I love the taping flokati rugs together to get a bigger rug for not a crazy amount of money.

And then, buying 2 inexpensive dining tables and cutting the legs down to make a giant coffee table - that no-one has in stock, nor wants to store - priceless!!

Here are some wonderful stats on content marketing aka blogging https://www.wyzowl.com/blog/7-powerful-stats-thatll-make-better-content-marketing/  that +Mari Smith shared this morning.

That "Visual content generates 94% more views than text based posts" is ideal for realtors... split up the photos from each listing, add a new piece of intel using a site like http://picmonkey.com (though Facebook and G+ both have image editors built-in to mobile apps now) qand share out on social platforms.

When you read that Twitter campaigns can have repeated content 3 - 7 times a day, and Google+ 3 - 7 times a week, those professional photos that you have paid $65 - $250 for become 18 - 30 very nice, usuable content marketing assets!  Cool beans.   #stagers  too.

Do you want better stats for your content marketing campaigns? Then you're not alone. I've picked out the 7 best current stats, but we could do with more...

Here's my question, though -- how come this guy in Tucson got one of the now 13 exemptions, when lots of guys need to get an exemptions to maintain their business?
Douglas Trudeau of Tierra Antigua Realty in Tucson, Ariz., today became the first real estate agent who can legally use a drone for real estate photography...

For your blog's SEO, do you put a call to action in your meta-title?  +Jamie Teasdale recommends it in his call to focus on SEO with your blog in 2015 - http://www.steamfeed.com/need-focus-blogging-seo-strategy-2015/

Get more bounce from your post, but making the meta- title have ‘why’/key phrase along with a trigger/call-to-action, and then outline the article’s benefit(s) to its readers.  I usually do that in the description. Never occurred to me to do it in the title.  Will have to test that next week. Anyone else had good results with it?

Contrary to what naysayers have been telling us, blogging SEO is neither dead nor dying. Keep up with the SEO trends as part of your 2015 strategy.

Introduction
My "greatest strength is giving identity to those people who seek it", said my horoscope on 1/1/11.  Yup!  That's me.  Hence social media and content creation as my current way of serving businesses.

A newly minted US citizen, my family and I have just relocated to Jax  (Jacksonville, FL) yet I started out in England, where I was your basic boarding school rebel.  I came to the US for college and then spent years in NYC meandering thru finance, real estate, corporate event planning, trade show & convention promos and then lots of marketing and promotion; now I combine the lot online.

Blog >> Vizzitopia

All this for a former NYC [auxiliary] police officer, voice-over artist and troupe member of the Royal Court Theater. (a very smelly, off-off-off Broadway black box theater on 55th & 8th, underneath the neighborhood fish shop!  The smell was only marginally worse than the "auteur" who wrote, produced, directed and starred in every production - always murder mysteries - and never bothered to learn the lines, since she wrote them, she figured she could make up whatever she didn't know.  No two nights was the script ever the same.  That anyone attended at all was a miracle! And yet they did.  Loyally, for every new "show" and without nose pegs!!!!)

Nick is professional, polite, punctual, reliable and does a great job with his photos. That he does all of his own editing and still can turn a set of photographs around on the same day is remarkable. I have had a chance to see a lot of real estate photographers over the years, and Nick is a serious contender. You can't go wrong using his services.

Over the last 6 weeks I have come to know Sarah Sain and her Structure With Sarah business extremely well. I have complete confidence in her unique ability to cut through clutter and mess and create harmony and order in its place. She's also really good at the ministry bit - helping you with letting go. I had been carrying junk around for years and thanks to Sarah, I have a cleaner, fresher perspective on things. Her gentle calm an compassionate manner is deeply soothing. I can't recommend her highly enough!
