Super bummed...
Tom Magliozzi bantered weekly with his brother, Ray, on the public radio show. They joked, laughed and sometimes even gave good advice to listeners with car troubles. Tom Magliozzi was 77 years old.

I have been to this location several times to service my MINI Cooper S, and every visit has been wonderful. Jaymes has been my Service Advisor for each visit, and has been fantastic. He is always been super professional and straight forward. Jaymes always makes sure I understand everything completely, and makes sure I am aware of what is going on with my vehicle. The loaner process is also super easy, which I love. Dropping off my car usually only takes a few minutes and I am out.

Dr. Patil and the staff at Aquidneck Avenue Family Dental are simply wonderful. First of all, they made me feel completely at ease as soon as I entered the office. The staff introduced themselves and I was taken in right away. Dr. Patil is fantastic, I have never been so comfortable in a dentists care before. I had many problems with my teeth that I was nervous and perhaps a bit embarrased about, but Dr. Patil treated me wonderfully. He explained everything clearly, including all my options/prices for procedures. I had a root canal performed and felt absolutely no pain during the procedure or after. Several of my coworkers have also gone to this office and received the same great service. Highly recommend! They book up fast, but you can always be put on a wait list to get in earlier when there is a cancellation.

I can not say enough about Arch Beauty. I moved to Newport about a year ago and was nervous about finding a new skin care salon. I saw other reviews about Arch Beauty and the owner, Sara. So I went ahead and booked an appointment. First of all, the place itself is adorable. Plenty of parking across the street on Memorial if there isn't a space in their driveway. The salon is so welcoming as are all of the staff. I immediately felt comfortable. All of the women there are just so genuinely nice. My appointment was for waxing with Sara. She explained everything in a clear comfortable manner. The wax they use is nearly pain free. She was comforting and made the whole experience great. I usually try out a few new places whenever I am in a new area... but not in Newport. I will definitely only be going back to Arch Beauty.

I would not park here again. The location was hard to find, no big sign out from of the hotel to let you know that it is EZway parking. I was unaware I would be leaving my keys with them to move my car, but once we got there I was already stuck with my choice. The attendant at the counter was slow, we waited a while for her to even come over to us. On top of that she was extremely rude. The shuttle driver was the only good experience, he was kind and helpful. The shuttle took us to our gate right away, and upon our return we waited about 5 - 10 minutes for pick up. Back at the lot our car was parked right up from which was nice, but I was still uncomfortable that they had access to my car. Unlike other reviews, nothing was stolen from my vehicle. Though I did not leave anything of value that would have been stolen. My radio stations were indeed changed and the AC was on (I had turned it off). So that was odd. I would not recommend anyone park here. While it was cheap ($9 a day with a coupon) I will not be returning. There are plenty of other options at Newark.

We went to pizzeria mimosa for the first time about a week ago. I debated giving this place 4 stars, but went with 3 instead. If I try it again and my experience is better I will probably up the stars. I would definitely recommend it as one of the better places in that area, though! The restaurant itself is very nice, especially for Sierra Vista/Hereford standards. There is a little shop at the front where you can buy different Italian groceries, wine, and other beverages. There is plenty of seating and the chairs/tables were comfortable. Our order was taken quickly, but it took an hour and a half to get our pizza after we ordered. When we got to the restaurant, it was somewhat busy. We did have to wait a few minutes for a seat. But it was getting later in the evening and when we sat down other tables were leaving. By the time our pizza came, we were one of only a few tables left in the entire restaurant. The pizza was delicious. Pretty good Neapolitan style pizza. Though, I was disappointed that the margherita pizza which has a description of "Crushed tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and parmigiano reggiano" Only had one tiny little basil leaf in the center of the pizza. Even the pizzas on their website have more than that. It still tasted great, but it was missing the basil. I would have asked for more to be added (though service was already so slow!) or put on arugula had I known it would only be one small leaf. For dessert our table ordered the Nutella pizza. We all LOVE nutella so we were very excited for this. Though, when it came to the table and we dug in, it tasted mostly like chocolate sauce, not nutella. It was pretty obvious that any nutella that started in the recipe had been watered down with a regular chocolate sauce. That being said, it was still very good and I would order it again (bananas on it were awesome). It's just, if you are expecting the nutella taste to really come through in this dessert pizza, you will be disappointed. All in all, definitely the best place in Sierra Vista to get pizza if you don't feel like making a trek out to Bisbee for Screaming Banshee (my personal favorite) or Bella Roma.

I must agree with the two other reviews. I called to ask about their services and the woman on the phone was extremely short with me and not welcoming at all. Ended up just telling her never mind and hanging up the phone.
