Thanks for mentioning ISGS!!
Did your New Year's genealogy resolutions include learning something new or getting better at a skill? Webinars are a wonderful, inexpensive, and fun way to do so! “Webinar” is a term that evolved from “web-based seminar.” It is a virtual seminar, taking place live and online with a presenter ...

How Do I Do That?  -

Thought I'd share a blog post I wrote last night about the History List, perhaps others will find it helpful.
In previous Legacy versions, the Back button had a drop-down that opened the History List that allowed you to navigate to any of the most recent people you’ve worked on, without having to click the...

I've been a member of this group for a few months, although I've been a quiet observer.  Well today, I'm going to change that!  I thought I'd share my recent blog post about what my "wishes" are for Legacy 8.  Feel free to chime in here or comment on the post.
Legacy Software I've been hearing rumors that a new version of Legacy Family Tree will be released later this year. In fact, Geoff Rasmussen will be discussing it at SCGS Jamboree later today in a demo called “What's New in Legacy Family Tree 8.” (Boy, I wish that session was being streamed live ...

Ooooh, shared events may be a reality!  You can read a little more in +Randy Seaver's blog post recapping Day 1 of SCGS (the info on L8 is about 1/2-way down in the post).

Congrats on 4 great years, Linda!!
Wasn't it just a few weeks ago that I wrote a 3rd Blogiversary post about how I'd neglected this blog and hoped to get back on track in 2013? No. It was over a year ago. It's already 2014. Really? Wow. Where does time go? I h...

Introduction
Genealogy has been a passion of mine since 2007 and I have been a professional writer for as long as I can remember. Helping people write their family stories is a perfect blend of both passions. I can assist in many genealogy projects by providing writing, editing, and/or graphic design skills. I also provide these same services to businesses across the country, specializing in technology and financial services.
