Here's a historical starting point to see exactly what we did wrong in the past to get us in this position now, and how it can be corrected. Although the majority of folk aren't in the music business, there are parallels in all industries that can be drawn from this comprehensive documentary. This is getting serious. Another article says he died from the PAIN, not from DRUGS. We are always fed info that every entertainer is a drug addict; not so. I hope Arsenio puts this broad in her place for slander.

This is great. There aren't enough accolades to honor Curtis Mayfield and his body of work. I saw the Impressions many times at the Regal during my formative years, and you never forget such a humble and talented brother like him. I congratulate his descendants; this gives me a reason to watch the Grammys because there wasn't one.
