I think that i ended up trading the drugs, alcohol and smoking for the nicotine lozenges because been on them now for six years. I smoked for 27 1/2 years and quit back in Feb 2008 so i could keep my job with the cancer association that I was working at. I was on Crack Cocaine and i swear it was easier to kick then these darn things. Being that my stress level is through the roof and i am fighting for my future, i don't know of any way to get off of them right now. No i don't have any support groups. Am mainly alone here in the city. Have spent the past month just trying to find a counselor.  Maybe if i locked myself in a room for a week and went berserk, like i did to get off of crack, it might work.

I hired Gulfstar to redo my lights in my house that was built in the 50's. They did a great job and even came up with some ideas that I never thought of, especially in the kitchen. They were very clean also.
