A small release today (version 2.4.3) that addresses some small bugs, but also adds a new option (number of active torrents), which you can find in the settings. Any additional torrents will be "queued" and downloaded after other torrents finish.

Please let me know if you have any trouble!

One clear benefit of using JSTorrent - it runs on the VERY secure Chrome platform. It is not even possible for JSTorrent to get access to any files outside of your download directory.

+Cameron Hudson To add a .torrent file from your hard disk, simply click on the "Add" button without entering in a URL. A file selection dialog will pop up and you can choose the .torrent file

Did you know you can make JSTorrent your default handler for all magnet links? Just visit http://jstorrent.com and you'll see an icon in the URL bar. Click on it to let JSTorrent open your magnet links. Adding torrents has never been so easy!

Did your ChromeOS just update to version 37? Did you notice that you got an error "Missing Directory - Unable to locate download directory"?

To fix things, just click on "Remove Directory" on the system notification, and then re-select your download directory in the JSTorrent options pane.

It looks to be a Chrome bug. If you got the error, you can star the issue on crbug https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=410773

The main point of this release is to fix a bug that was making JSTorrent incorrectly read base32 magnet links, which was preventing downloads from starting.

Update: Aug 8 - 2.3.0
- Fix for base32 magnet links
- Speed improvement using Web Crypto API
