I love to train and race triathlon (specifically Ironman) but even more so, perhaps, I enjoy encouraging others to have a healthy lifestyle and to reach their goals through triathlon. There is joy in the journey!

So excited to have a new #triathlete coaching client and another #athlete is back after some well-deserved time off from training. #change is the key. Without change, we cannot grow and truly experience life. It is such a joy and my #passion to work with athletes to #achievegoals
Change leads to new beginnings. I took this picture when I was in #chicagoland a few weeks back. Living in Miami, I hadn't experienced #autumn for several years.

"Sometimes the most ordinary things could be made extraordinary, simply by doing them with the right people." --Nicholas Sparks

You are the best you! We are each unique. The best me is different than the best you. Be the best version of you!

Get out there & train. The race is the celebration of the journey of training.
