FITNESS FOCUS GUN SHOW!!

I just made a quick video of two of my favorite bicep workouts. FORM is everything. I suggest that you start out small if you are new or with a weight that you are comfortable with so that you get the full range of motion. You always want slow controlled movements because jerky and fast movements only lead to injury and you want to increase the time that your muscles are under tension because that is where the GAINS happen!!

It is quick less than one minute let me know what you think and if you have any questions just ask away! Good luck to you all!
