Silos stifle communication and prevent teams from working together to achieve organizational objectives. CMOs, with their focus on the customer, are ideally positioned to bust them.

Hands down best Indian buffet I've ever been to. Maybe I haven't been to enough, but it was darn good. Caramelized eggplant was wonderful. Lots of great veggie options for the vegetarians, plenty of meat for the carnivores.

I can handle cockroaches, poor service, uncomfortable beds, bad food or no food, no views, bad location, noisy neighbors, dangerous neighbors, and more. Not that this hotel has any of that. It's a great hotel in all those ways. What I can't handle is slow or unreliable internet. If I need to upload large files, communicate with my team back in the U.S. via gotomeeting or skype, etc., I can't have the internet being slow for me or cutting out, as it has been. That's a dealbreaker, and so despite everything else being great here, I can't stay here again. Fast, reliable internet is my highest priority as a hotel guest.

My wife and I had dinner there the other night. For about $350 we got enough food for three people, maybe four, which meant I left completely stuffed since my wife isn't very helpful in those situations and I can't let good sushi go to waste. And the sushi was good, and the service was great, although we arrived right at 6 pm and were the first ones there so admittedly the staff didn't have anyone else to attend to. But they were genuinely friendly and seemed quite pleased that we tried to communicate in Cantonese. My favorites--grilled eel, grilled salmon, California, tuna and avocado, udon noodles.

Very fast service despite being lunchtime with no reservation. Reasonably priced. And I'm no sushi snob so all I can say is it tasted great to me. Would definitely go again.

Great salads. 203, 204 are great. Actual service, napkins on tables. You notice these things in Hong Kong.

Great lunch buffet, very affordable, good service, clean place. I'm on a vegetarian kick and it was perfect for me. Just remember that first floor in Hong Kong means the floor above the ground floor. Finding the entrance can be a bit tricky, but it's there.
