Beam Deflection and Safety! #SafetyMonth
Are my beams bending or deflecting? Whats allowable? According to RMI (Rack Manufacturers Institute), most beams are designed to withstand deflection up to 1/180th or .055% of the beam length (inches). So if you are unsure, grab a tape and start measuring. Our goal is to help you! #MaterialHandling
