Google a norm? Don't have a problem if it streamlines business and helps students/people of all ages be more productive and if it fosters ingenuity. If that's the case, and kids are growing up Google, G+ will take off in future, right?

As a sidenote, growing up google should not replace growing up outdoors, and growing up enjoying doing outdoor activities. Playing tag, pick up football, baseball, basketball games outside, and bike riding, rollerblading, skateboarding, snowboarding, catching frogs, lightening bugs, making forts outdoors, going fishing, hunting all teach what cannot be taught through digital medium.
Google’s free Apps for Education program is turning kids into loyal, long-term users and changing the way institutions think about technology.

And simply writing with pen and paper comes in handy as well, hoping writing with pen and paper does not get replaced.
