Waterfalls  Lakes Plitvice, Croatia (National Park)
is among the 20 most beautiful lakes in the world in 17th place. The park covers an area of 33,000 hectares and includes 16 lakes in succession, connected by waterfalls.Plitvice is the oldest national park in Southeast Europe. All'interno the park there are also many caves of which only a small part is agibile.I lakes are formed by two rivers: the White River and the Black River, which flow in the river Korana. The waters of these rivers are rich in calcareous salts (mostly calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate), from the dissolution of carbonate rocks forming the geological structure of sito.Questi salts are precipitated by vegetation, forming layers of travertine , a sedimentary rock recently. Over time, these deposits forming real natural dams that act as barriers to water, growing by about a centimeter per year. At one point the water pressure breaks these natural levees, opening new paths in the ground.
This mechanism, in fact common to all the calcareous water, in Plitvice has assumed a particular importance.
The beauty of the National Park Plitvice, Croatia, is increased in the second round of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.

THE GOLDEN RETRIEVER

The Golden Retriever is a large-sized breed of dog bred as gun dogs to retrieve shot waterfowl such as ducks and upland game birds during hunting and shooting parties, and were named 'retriever' because of their ability to retrieve shot game undamaged.

Golden Retrievers have an instinctive love of water, and are easy to train to basic or advanced obedience standards. They are a long-coated breed, with a dense inner coat that provides them with adequate warmth in the outdoors, and an outer coat that lies flat against their bodies and repels water. Golden Retrievers are well suited to residency in suburban or country environments. Although they need substantial outdoor exercise, they should be housed in a fenced area because of their instinctual tendency to roam.

They shed copiously, particularly at the change of seasons, and require fairly regular grooming.

Here's yet another awesome photograph of the Moraine lake in the Banff National Park, Canada. Beautiful, isn't it?

Banff National Park is Canada's oldest national park, established in 1885 in the Rocky Mountains. The park, located 110–180 km (68–112 mi) west of Calgary in the province of Alberta, encompasses 2,564 sq mi) of mountainous terrain, with numerous glaciers and ice fields, dense coniferous forest, and alpine landscapes.

The Icefields Parkway extends from Lake Louise, connecting to Jasper National Park in the north. Provincial forests and Yoho National Park are neighbours to the west, while Kootenay National Park is located to the south and Kananaskis Country to the southeast. The main commercial centre of the park is the town of Banff, in the Bow River valley.

Well, here's some great news!
THE NUMBER OF TIGERS IN THE WILD HAS INCREASED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A CENTURY!

AT LONG last it looks like tiger conservation efforts are paying off. For the first time in a century the global population of wild tigers has increased.

A global census has revealed that tiger numbers have risen from an all-time low of 3200 in 2012 to an estimated 3890. The census was compiled from national tiger surveys as well as the International Union for Conservation of Nature.

Conservation efforts in Russia, India, Nepal and Bhutan have been credited with the rise in numbers.

In 2010 the 13 remaining tiger range countries set an ambitious conservation goal; to double the number of wild tigers by 2022. While this goal is still a long way off, this increase marks a definite turnaround for the critically endangered species.

While there is still a long way ahead in the fight with extinction for tigers, this increase in population provides hope for conservation efforts. I hope this trend continues, so that our future generations get to see these majestic creatures

BLACK LABRADOR RETRIEVER
Labrador retrievers are active, intelligent, alert, easy to train and love being around people. Labs are excellent family dogs and are not noisy or territorial if trained properly.

They are one of the best choice as    #family    pets . They are gentle to other animals and people and are great as an addition to a family even if there are small kids and other pets. In fact, they are one of the world’s most popular breeds

I HOPE Y'ALL LIKED THIS 👌👌👌
