Don't you love HP for doing that? Btw, read some of the comments if you
have time, it's fun to see the few Win 8 lovers defend/praise it.

This is the best take on the market for wearable computing that I've seen. Once you read it, it seems like it should have been obvious in the first place, which is usually a sign that something is right.

Introducing uProxy - a safer path to the Internet from +Google Ideas

uProxy is a browser extension for Chrome and Firefox that bypasses firewalls that would normally hinder users from accessing the web by creating peer-to-peer connections. If someone from a country with limited internet access installs uProxy, a friend from the US can allow them to surf the way from their Internet connection with ease. Countries in the Middle East or China would certainly benefit from this tool.

It's sad that we have to create these types of tools to allow people around the world to tap into the vast amount of information available on the Internet. It's a sad truth though, that not everyone lives in a country where basic freedoms and rights to information are standard practice.

Thanks +Google.  Thanks for being a voice for information and communication.

This article contains a lot of good insight into how Google+ works for Google and users, and how it's going to work in the future.

Blackberry keyboards really are excellent, and there is a market for phones with an excellent hardware keyboard.  However, Blackberry's OS just doesn't have the ecosystem necessary to be a viable option to most people.  What if blackberry became the best (by far) manufacturer of Android phones with hardware keyboards?

This would completely fix their OS problem while helping them achieve what other Android OEMs have found extremely difficult to accomplish - differentiation that a customer is willing to pay value for.

I would buy one in a minute.

The reason hardware keyboards died was not lack of demand for hardware keyboards.  It was because they were predominantly available with the Blackberry OS.
