cod dredged in chickpea flour batter and deep fried then served with thin sliced deep fried beet, sweet potato, and turnip "chips" and red cabbage slaw. 

Red lentils with ginger, tumaric, cinnamon, collard greens, ground beef, mushrooms, and coconut milk served over wild rice.

Butternut squash, garbanzo beans, dates, carrots, and carrot greens baked in a tajine with cinnamon, cloves, maple syrup, and salt. Served with pan seared pork chops, olives, and homemade hummus.
