Life dealing with an American monopoly.
A software engineer living in Washington state may have no choice but to sell the home he bought last December because, despite repeatedly checking with Comcast before he even considered buying the property, the company just can't (or won't) give him internet service.

Haven't ridden this one yet, still shooting it plus I'm lame at the moment, but it's 165 grams (claimed), has carbon rails, a 90 day comfort guarantee and you can find it for as low as $125. That's a winning combo in my book and I look forward to seeing what it feels like.

I like that he isn't just a fitter. So he can assess the whole situation. He gives me exercises but he also checks the bike fit. Anyway, good luck.

"If you cleaned the living room as much as you clean that bike we wouldn't live in squalor." "Yup, that's true." - conversation I just had in my house.

The house is somewhat clean, the bike is spotless. ;)

I didn't have to use cotton swabs this time because I just did a big clean last week. It was filthy from riding in the rain on sunday though. Plus I needed to put the new seat on. Looks very nice right now. Very tempting!! I'm resisting though. Just a light ride with my mom when she visits, 10 miles or so at around 12mph or less, and otherwise I'll probably give it two weeks this time.

Very cool option.

Here is something to help out folks with old non compliant 10sp free hub bodies and wheel sets if wanting to go to 11sp cassettes. Supplied for Shimano, Sram and Campy with a myriad of gearing ratio options.

Interesting.
The image that said it all–no glitz, no shiny, day-glo bikes, no roster of famous pro riders…just a man who built a lot of frames and paid keen attention to the little details that actually mattered. Keith Bontrager stands in front of his Santa Cruz, California, garage. At this very moment, ...

After getting in a car accident I was seeing a lot of different practitioners. They were all good but none of them were cyclists. Kevin was able to make changes to my bike and speak from a place of knowledge about cycling that none of the other practitioners could. The office is also a wonderful place and the staff is fantastic. It's always a joy to be seen at Pedal PT.

I am a regular runner who does anywhere from 3 to 20 miles typically three times a week. For at least a year I had been dealing with pretty bad tendonitis in my ankle. I had tried all manner of different shoes with no luck then decided to go to a chiropractor. He told me I had a stress fracture and to stop running for three months. I did but when I came back a developed the same pain almost immediately. My wife had been going to Flintridge Family Chiropractic while pregnant and I knew Dr. Rion was a runner, plus they have amazing prices, so I gave them a try. He started me off at 3 sessions a week and within two weeks my pain from running was gone (I had a twisted pelvis that was throwing off my gate). I love his general approach to chiropractics and the office is a pleasure to visit. Most importantly though they were able to help me do the things I love pain free.

If you deposit in the branch the customer service people can't do anything. So if, for example, their ATMs are broken and you walk into the branch to make your deposit you won't get any funds released and there is nothing anyone can do.
