Sunrise is 7am but I'm supposed to leave the house at 6. Didn't really think that one through.

Battery pack for phone and/or head unit charged, head unit charged, wheels mounted, clothing ready including gloves and arm warmers for the early morning start. A rescue hydration mix and a couple of gels (more to be provided on the course) ready to go. I think I'm set for tomorrow.

Autumn CX Sportive Events   Paul Horta-Hopkins   Despite the evenings drawing in and ‘cross leagues underway all over the country, the weather is still fine – well down south it is – so maybe you could fit in a final CX Sportive before the cack arrives?…

Really fascinating

'We found that he rode his fastest when we reduced the tire pressures down near 60 psi. Basically the lower we went, the faster he went until he broke his wheels.'
New discoveries about the relationship between pressure and performance indicate new directions for research and development.

This is a review I've been working on for a while. It's a really fantastic unit but hard to say is definitively better than a Garmin unit. What really puts it over the top though is the fantastic customer service and continued updates.

Wife just asked if I wanted a ride to the start. When I said no she was annoyed and asked if I was just trying to prove a point. Uhm... Yeah, that's kind of the thing... She doesn't get it! Oh well, hopefully it all works out.

Any excel/sheets/programmer types who might be able to help: I want a sum of column F but only add the value in a particular cell if the cell in column G that is adjacent says "Outstanding"

+Rob ha. I wasn't worried about the calories, high but not bad, what I was worried about was trying to move after such a heavy dinner.

Everything we had was amazing. Sitting at the pizza counter was better than a table. On top of it all the prices were completely reasonable.

Very slow to get the food and it was only mediocre at best when it came. On the upside you get a ton of food for the price.

$4 drop in play space and Thursday morning Olive and Dingo storytime shows in a great space. Would make a great place to meet for a play date as well.

My favorite place to stop after picking some fruit along the fruit loop. I never eat here but the cider they have is great and the price is right. When they have a band it's also fun for kids.
