Easier to get cleats for the look and if I ever get a pedal based power meter they are almost all look style cleats.

Literally the very first time I pressed the button and it's damn near perfect with no retouching. That bodes well, I've got a whole catalog of these to do.

Leave it to the low country swamp dwellers to make custard out of beer. I suppose one is to enjoy this after a bowl of shrimp and grits with a side of fried okra.

gorgeous shot.

Very nice hotel with plenty of stuff close enough to walk. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the breakfast is expensive and would be free elsewhere plus the pool was cold and the hot tub broken. The actual room was very nice!

My son and I drove out from Portland to use the soaking pool. It's a long drive and probably not worth it in most situations. One you are there though it's a lovely place and the pool was fantastic.

I like it here but it's hit and miss if they'll actually have anything left and food takes a long time.

I am a regular runner who does anywhere from 3 to 20 miles typically three times a week. For at least a year I had been dealing with pretty bad tendonitis in my ankle. I had tried all manner of different shoes with no luck then decided to go to a chiropractor. He told me I had a stress fracture and to stop running for three months. I did but when I came back a developed the same pain almost immediately. My wife had been going to Flintridge Family Chiropractic while pregnant and I knew Dr. Rion was a runner, plus they have amazing prices, so I gave them a try. He started me off at 3 sessions a week and within two weeks my pain from running was gone (I had a twisted pelvis that was throwing off my gate). I love his general approach to chiropractics and the office is a pleasure to visit. Most importantly though they were able to help me do the things I love pain free.

I go for the soaking pool with my son mostly. It's inexpensive and wonderful! They also have great bars and restaurants plus a movie theatre with living room style seating. The pool is mostly unusable on the weekends but aside from that Kennedy school is one of the best things in Portland.

After getting in a car accident I was seeing a lot of different practitioners. They were all good but none of them were cyclists. Kevin was able to make changes to my bike and speak from a place of knowledge about cycling that none of the other practitioners could. The office is also a wonderful place and the staff is fantastic. It's always a joy to be seen at Pedal PT.
