+Bill Costello look for the castelli San remo if you want something cheaper. It's about the same price but you can find it for a deal and they also have both the 3.2 and the cheaper 2.0. On the other hand the Rapha skinsuit is about $160 cheaper than if you bought the jersey and bibs separately so if you want to go Rapha it's a cheaper option.

Got the third Rapha skinsuit. Back to size small and it fits pretty well this time. I might be crazy but this size small seems to fit better than the first. Regardless though I'm the king of ridiculous kits on training rides and even I feel self conscious in the thing. Hopefully a base layer that fits well enough to wear under will help things.

Actually it turns out that to get the deal on base layers you can't mix ss and sleeveless so if I wanted one sleeveless I'd need to give up a baselayer and two pairs of socks or pay more. I made a ss work under the skinsuit. It's all very tight but it works well.

Just made up some black bean burgers and threw them in the freezer for lunches. I changed the recipe a bit:

Ingredients:
2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 onion, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 carrots, shredded
1/2 cup quick oats
1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp coriander1/2 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 jalapeno, minced
1/2 lb shrimp cooked shrimp meat
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions, garlic, salt, and pepper and until onions are translucent. Add carrots, jalapeno, cumin, coriander, chili powder, and cayenne pepper until carrots are tender. Remove pan from heat.

In a bowl, mash the beans and then add the contents of the pan along with the shrimp and quick oats. Mix and form 12 patties. Place the patties in the freezer for at least 30 minutes but you can also just leave them frozen until you are ready to cook them.

Each "burger" is 95 calories and the macro breakdown is 59% carb/7% fat/ 34% protein with about as much potassium as half a banana.

The actual tool seems great but I'd like to see a better tool roll for my jersey. I like the one I've got from Just enough tools but I could always go for something better.

I give this place 5 stars just because you don't have to pay for parking. It's otherwise nice also but free parking!!

This is a chain but if you haven't been in a while it's always refreshing to remember how great this place is. The food and drinks they sell are equally as good as all the home goods. Great curtains too.

Yummy, unique, and it's not super expensive. It's easy to walk here from the beach or from the metered parking.

Really inexpensive and I loved that it doesn't cost anymore money to order vs grabbing stuff off the conveyor belt.
