He Visited All 201 Countries In The World… WITHOUT Using A Plane

http://themindunleashed.org/2014/04/visited-201-countries-world-without-using-plane.html

Graham Hughes, a 33-year-old adventurer from Liverpool, England, has become the first person to visit all 201 countries in the world – WITHOUT using a plane. Hughes used buses, taxis, trains and his own two feet to travel 160,000 miles in exactly 1,426 days – all on a shoestring of just $100 a week. And it was no easy task.

He spent four days “crossing open ocean in a leaky boat” to reach Cape Verde. He was jailed for a week in the Congo for being a “spy.” He was arrested trying to “sneak into” Russia and had to be ”rescued from Muslim fundamentalists by a Filipino transsexual named Jenn.” He has traversed the borders of all 193 members of the United Nations plus Taiwan, Vatican City, Palestine, Kosovo, Western Sahara and the four home nations of The United Kingdom – all without flying.

Guinness World Records has now confirmed that Hughes, who filmed the expedition for a documentary and raised money for charity WaterAid, has achieved the world record for the “Most countries visited in one year by scheduled ground transport”.

I am a regular runner who does anywhere from 3 to 20 miles typically three times a week. For at least a year I had been dealing with pretty bad tendonitis in my ankle. I had tried all manner of different shoes with no luck then decided to go to a chiropractor. He told me I had a stress fracture and to stop running for three months. I did but when I came back a developed the same pain almost immediately. My wife had been going to Flintridge Family Chiropractic while pregnant and I knew Dr. Rion was a runner, plus they have amazing prices, so I gave them a try. He started me off at 3 sessions a week and within two weeks my pain from running was gone (I had a twisted pelvis that was throwing off my gate). I love his general approach to chiropractics and the office is a pleasure to visit. Most importantly though they were able to help me do the things I love pain free.

If you deposit in the branch the customer service people can't do anything. So if, for example, their ATMs are broken and you walk into the branch to make your deposit you won't get any funds released and there is nothing anyone can do.
