Every once in a while I get a wild hair and produce some content.  Hope you enjoy!
Prior to the advent of social media, you were constrained to a phone call, and preferably a face to face meeting in order to “look for the hook”. Get in the office – pictures of kids. BINGO! Talk on the phone, prospect is headed to basketball game. BINGO!

Werner Donaldson Moving and Storage
3906 E 21st Ave, Tampa, FL 33605
We moved from Tampa to Orlando this past week, and don't know how we could have done it without Werner Donaldson and their team. They were organized from the time Mike came out to give a us a quote. It was no hassle, and surprisingly competitive compared to the "other guys". Don't be fooled thinking that because these guys do cross country that they cant be priced better than some of the locals. I got numerous bids and they were very competitive. The set price was awesome too, so we knew exactly what to budget and we actually came in UNDER the price, which I never expected. Many of the "other guys" will quote you, then bill you by the hour which can get really expensive, really fast.

We had the pleasure of working with "Brooklyn Joe" and Kenny's teams for packing as well as the move. They were punctual, professional, fast, clean, and really kind to our kids (who were very interested in what they were doing) which was awesome. They hustled on both ends and did everything they could to make our move smooth.

Would (and will) be using Werner Donaldson for our moves in the future.
Quality Excellent

Went into this DD this AM and had possibly the most heartbreaking customer experience ever. The "Manager" Jason helped me, and was just rude. He had a little hissy fit when he couldnt get the cups out of the tube and slammed them so hard they flew out and into the customer area. Ill let that pass to unprofessionalism. Then I saw what he did to all of his employees. He bullied them, verbally abused them, belittled them, and treated them like dirt. As a business owner, I find it impossible to believe that the franchisee of this DD isnt aware of this behavior. Shame on you Dunkin Donuts for letting this happen. Disgusting.

Was referred to Bimmer Tech on one of the BMW forums as a shop that is honest, and does a great job for their customers. They certainly didn't disappoint! Took my wife's 328i in for an electrical problem, which can be a total disaster and cost lots of money. The team at Bimmer Tech knew exactly what to do, had the equipment to diagnose, showed me exactly what they were doing and fixed my problem quickly and for a very fair price. Their front office was friendly, and their waiting area is better than the BMW dealership. Free coffee, movies, fast Wi-Fi and comfortable leather couches with plenty space to work. Family run place by a family that cares for their customers. A++ and will be going to them from now on. Give them a try, you will never go back to the dealership and get ripped off again.
