It's finally the right price, even if it's a bit crippled by the processor. And Wi-Fi only means I'll have to wirelessly tether to my phone. 
I spent a day with the new Samsung Chromebook, a $249 Chrome OS model that Google says is the best device for the price on the market. Unusually, it's got an ARM processor inside. It's solid for people who spend lots of time on the Web, but it's sometimes slow.
