Everybody that's staring at a blank screen is not writing copy properly. My copy, my dad's copy, it's written on a walk on the beach. Everybody thinks that we're screwing around doing nothing. “Copywriting, the writing part, should be the shortest portion of the entire process. I think that even with email marketing you should divide it up into thirds. The first third is to your deadline, research. Second third is that's where all the power in your marketing comes from. The third portion, should be editing. That's where all the professionalism is.
