Unbelievably horrible experience. The kind of experience that just sold me on using Amazon from now on.

My 11 year old nephew worked for a few days to save up $30 for a new airsoft rifle. He was stoked. He spent a number of days picking out the right model (Spec Ops AK-47 FPS-250 Spring Airsoft Assault Rifle ZX-586709-A091B) and we placed the order on Hobbytron.com. We paid $8.95 for shipping and it took about a 6 days (arrived on the 5th business day). We can get it in 2-3 days for free on Amazon Prime, so again, good reason we are sticking with Amazon in the future.

The product came, we opened it and were quite concerned with the quality. It had rust on the metal parts and had broken/defective plastic on various parts of the gun.

My nephew spent so much time earning the gun and was so downtrodden by the quality upon arrival that he decided he wanted to pick a new gun from a new store. We contacted customer service and they said they’d replace the gun, but Hobbytron said they could not refund an opened product. Funny thing about defective products, you have to open them up before you know they are defective….but the policy apparently skirts that point. They were quite rude in how they communicated that they could not resolve the problem, continually citing their policies and not sending the actual policies or any links to the policies until we persisted.

We escalated to a supervisor and were told that, again, they could not refund us. The best they could do was to send out a new product. They were quite unfamiliar with their policies at times and contradicted them quite often. Overall, I appreciate the gesture, but it doesn’t meet the customers request or needs. There are many good reviews, but it’s not a chance I’m willing to take again.

79% of all credit reports contain errors. Lexington can help.

Horrible product from hobbytron.com. Even worse customer experience on resolution.

I initially had a bad experience with my order - we received a product that arrived quite defective. However, Hobbytron went above and beyond to correct the situation and to make it right. Thanks Hobbytron!

Jared was fantastic to work with. Taking family pictures with 4 kids can be really challenging, but he held their attention (even our 19 month old) and was very patient. We got our digital images within just a few days and we love them.

I am very impressed with this firm. It doesn't take long to find bad players in this space, but after just a few minutes of speaking with them about their approach, you figure out that Lexington Law is different. They are a legitimate law firm that has been doing credit repair since 1991. They take a very personal approach and their results speak for themselves. It's good to know there is hope for someone that goes to pull their credit report for a home and realizes they have incorrect items on their report.
