Another gift certificate nightmare. They refused to answer email inquiries. Certificate is now expired. I can only assume they'll refuse to honor it as they continue to simply ignore my emails. From the other reviews this appears to be standard operating procedure. Horrible customer service.

I want to be able to tag people with properties and have my post visibility configurable by expressions using those tags. For example post to all family that don't have the X tag.

Maybe the more Google+ way would be to allow me to inversely include a circle, which seem just like tags. Post to all family circle except those in X circle.

Trick of course would be how to deal with people who are included and discluded multiple times. I don't see an easy way to deal with that with a checkbox interface while allowing all possible expressions. Maybe unlimited freedom isn't necessary though, I'd at least like to disclude by circle/tag though.

I had windows replaced, one enlarged to egress, siding put on whole house, and perimeter trim put around house. I liked them when I met the owner, but thought there was no way he was going to come in as a low bidder, he seemed too professional and attentive. The owner and the workers were all very nice and accommodating. They adjusted their work order around my needs when I said I wanted to do some other work before they put siding on certain sections. Some of my work I'm sure increased their costs a bit too, but they didn't say anything about it.

Very unhappy with service. Purchased a Groupon-like coupon for a discount at the place. Loaded up kids, drove across town, got everyone inside, decided on what we were going to all order, pulled up the coupon code on my phone, and they said they had to have the number printed out. Was about to write the number on a piece of paper myself and say it's a crappy printer, but I'm sure they still wouldn't take it. Drove kids home confused and hungry, about 2 hours late for dinner. Additionally, they turned off the OPEN sign just as we got there, and I had to go ask if they were still open. Didn't get a straight answer, instead a "maybe around 9?" How do the employees not know when it closes? How can I decide if I want to stay there if I don't know when we'll have to leave? The kids like it there though, and the activities are not too expensive (though the food is way overpriced for what it is). The pizza is okay. Not great, not the worst. Overall, if I didn't have some kind of deal, good party package, great coupon/groupon, etc. I would not go here.

Very good prices for my VW, much lower than dealership and I trust their opinion much more. ---- Also, I was doing my brakes myself, and completely stripped out a bolt. Took vehicle in to them, and the guy (knowing I was trying to DIY it) told me something I could try to get it out, with great detail. Then said bring it back and he'll drill it out if it doesn't work. Took it home, and his suggestion worked GREAT! Even though I had already completely stripped it out, drilled into it, broke off two screw extractors inside of it, I got it out no problem with his instructions. Didn't cost me a cent. I was expecting a $200 bill when I showed up there. ---- These guys really know their stuff. They're honest, and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I don't often leave reviews, but I just had to after my previous good deals with them, and then this today. I _will_ go back to this place for any Euro cars that need work.

This is an outstanding value. I stayed here with my wife for our honeymoon and we enjoyed it. We took their smallest room since we didn't plan to spend the vacation in the room (even if it was our honeymoon). We upgraded to a jeep rental and went all over the island, coming back to our room for drinks on the beach at night. The staff helped make this a wonderful experience. They were extremely friendly and helpful. This does not have all the luxuries of a large hotel, but we were happy with our choice. We would have prefered to stay here over the large resorts even if they cost the same (of course they don't, turtle nest is far less expensive). The beach with snorkeling right outside is great. We went out many times. This may not be a fit for those looking for a traditional pampered resort stay, bit for my wife and I it was excellent.
