If you can use the API directly, don't try to convince yourself that you need a module to wrap it.

I'm looking at you, collectd and rabbitmq....

Hooray! Crowdfunding is making investing more accessible!
They go into effect later this month. The state will cap equity crowdfunding rounds at $2 million, with a $10,000 maximum for each non-accredited investor.

So I'm finally here in Secaucus, near NYC. If I thought driving in DC was bad... I clearly had never been to NYC.

What do you do if you have an environment with different versions of facter and ruby all around?

You do all of your conditionals in confine statements. No more messing with ruby in facts until the environment is consistent.

I imagine all of McDonald's is terrifying, honestly.

Science! You'll get everything related to science on this page. Be it physics, biology, astrophysics, astronomy, chemistry. Your one place stop for all the news related to scientific stuff! Most of the stuff I post is not written by me.

I bought a car here in June 2013. When I bought it, I believed it to be a steal at $2500. I just needed something to go a few miles to and from work. The employees and the owner told me that the car was in great shape except that it needed new tires and, sure enough, I got those replaced after buying the car. What they didn't tell me was that the car: 1. Needed new shocks and struts. Not cheap. After this one, I went back to the owner and asked him about this. He said "oh, maybe we can come to an agreement. I don't like to sell bad merchandise." Except that every time I tried to meet up with him (at least 5 times), he wasn't available or was out doing something. I would have even accepted an apology. 2. Needed new tire irons. After the last scenario, I didn't even try to talk to the owner about this. I fear the car now has electrical problems, which means that this thing has always been rotting from the inside out. Definitely a lemon. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, even my worst enemy.

I'm editing my review after having been here for eight months. I still stand by my comments that I, personally, haven't been having problems with bed bugs like some of of the others. However, my experience with management has changed. They don't allow sublets, so if you have an emergency and need to move the only way to get out of your lease if is someone signs a year lease on top of yours; needless to say, this is much less common. It's also fairly expensive, so, combined with the above, I feel that this is overall a place to avoid.

I don't think that I can stress enough how excellent this place is. The food, the service and the culture are all fantastic. Try the Rail trail quesadilla.
