In January I met Jeff at his Big Bear, California store and after sampling the Black Pepper & Sea Salt (my favorite) and Cajun Style I was immediately hooked!  But it was more than the "Best 5 Star rating" award winning recipe that did it for me, it was the attention to detail he displayed, the passion for his products, as well as the flavor choices.
