Nice interview with Steve Smith of Alaxis Press on the kickstarter campaign of The Leaning Girl, the English translation of the Obscure Cities album L'Enfant Penchée.
 
François Schuiten and Benoît Peeters will be Special Guests on the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con. The translation of L'Enfant Penchée boosted the interest in the work of Schuiten and Peeters in the USA. The Leaning Girl was kickstarted in May 2013 by Steve Smith. Altaplana.be looked back with Steve on the production of The Leaning Girl and looked forward to new translations and the Comic-Con.
[Cover of the Leaning Girl] On May 20, 2013 Steve Smith of Alaxis Press started a Kickstarter campaign to promote and fund the release of the English translation of L'Enfant Penchée: The Leaning Girl. The campaign ran for 45 days until July 6th, 2013. The goal of the campaign was to raise $30,000.
