We’re all familiar with the mechanics of drinking, but not everyone is acquainted with the art of drinking absinthe. This guide has a few suggestions for how to drink absinthe like the Parisian bohemians of old.

I'd dig seeing a sample with source for real-world use of the videoTexture stuff.

I just downgraded my CC installation to CS6 in anticipation of my subscription running out next month. The only thing important to me in the latest Flash update is the 64-bit packaging, and that's actually part of the free AIR SDK.

I am thrilled to see mention that Adobe continues to integrate their CreativeSDK into updated and all-new Android mobile applications. After the release of Lightroom Mobile a few weeks back, I get the following notice regarding even more work on bringing CreativeSDK powered apps to Android: ...

Right on! #ApacheFlex and Feathers!

"Adding support for MXML in Feathers" => http://joshblog.net/2015/adding-support-for-mxml-in-feathers
A couple of weeks back, you may have seen my tweets suggesting that I was interested in adding support for MXML to Feathers. I spent an afternoon digging into the source code for the Apache Flex compiler, and it became clear to me that I know where and how to modify the compiler to add support ...

Remember what that liar Jobs said about Java...

"Java’s not worth building in. Nobody uses Java anymore." -S.J. (2007)

+Asif Mallik still disagree with you. Java, Python, C#, Javascript, etc, some people  may find it easier to learn one language vs the other. If they find one that is not clicking with them they can jump to another in the list.

Example: When I was learning programming I actually found Java way easier to understand then Visual Basic. Then I also found PHP way easier to understand then Python. So I learned those first. There is no way to really tell which one a person will feel comfortable with. But giving them a list of languages they can pick from that will make sure they do well in the market is a good idea.
