I released a new application to help harden your phone from unauthorized attacks being done through adb.

Most of us know that when debugging is enabled on our phones it opens the device up to outside attacks, these attacks are even more dangerous when the device is rooted.

Recently a new toolkit created by +Kos .io allows for such attacks to be done from another device such as another Android phone. (I should point out that +Kos .io  most likely created these for information purposes and to learn new things and that I am not criticizing his work at all)

This application I created helps thwart attacks like this by disabling debugging when the screen is off and re-enabling it when the device is unlocked. In order for this to be effective you must have a password protected device in the form of a pattern, pin or a password.

Here is a link to a post showing what this helps protect against: https://plus.google.com/u/0/105419513438843979262/posts/ZH2mEq5aSUt

Looks like those freeloaders that Romney is talking about are concentrated in Republican-leaning states.  Charitably, you could argue that it's the taxpayers in those states who are most aware of the "freeloaders" in their midst, but I suspect the truth is more that the Republicans have pulled the wool over the eyes of their partisans.  In general, rich states (which pay more of the tax burden) lean liberal, while poor states (which are supported by the rich states) lean conservative.  It's one of those sad paradoxes of modern politics that the people who most depend on government aid have managed to persuade themselves that government is bad for them.
