Introduction
I'm a fun loving Search Geek, born and raised in Chicago, IL.  I work as the Director of SEO for a digital agency. I'm also currently providing private consulting to select businesses, I assist various industry leading companies in improving ROI and lead acquisition via search engines and social media.

I have over 10 years of experience in the SEO/Search & Media industry and have held positions with top Midwest marketing firms and worked with major brands like OfficeMax, Helzberg Diamonds, Rasmussen College, Redbox, Progressive, American Eagle, The Body Shop, Cranium Furniture, and more.

I'm a small business advocate, so I tend root for the success of the "little guy."

I've been many places for grooming. Petsmart in the South Loop literally chopped off my dogs nail, so when I found Soggy Paws, I figured it was worth a try. The staff is well rounded, everyone knows how to treat animals with respect and kindness. One of my dogs is a rescue that was severely beaten and does not like to have her paws touched. She'll even nip after she cowers and squirms relentlessly. Soggy paws attendees were amazing. We've been there twice since and will continue. Sophie lets them do her nails and the DIY washing system is great!

I never go to salons to get my hair trimmed, cut, or done anymore and vowed not to because I'm mixed with long curly crazy hair and most can't deal with it. I was openly embraced and even more so applauded by Lana and her diverse crew. She is a hair artist and lovable hair snob. Lana won't suggest something that's not going to be absolutely fabulous. They also have such a great vibe. It's a small, urban boutique oasis where you will be remembered. They're also super affordable compared to other stylist of "ethnic" or "natural" hair.

I sent an Express Mail Package, pre-paid mind you, on July 23, 2010 @ 4:03 p.m. with a guaranteed delivery of July 24, 2010 to my Indiana destination. I've used the tracking, and called consumer affairs, and my package has still not arrived to this date August 5, 2010. How hard is it to scan a package, put it in a cart, and send it? Seriously, and to make matters worse, the woman at consumer affairs simply felt the need to continually repeat, "We're not in the service of returning money ma'am, but there is nothing I can do. You can go to a local post office and have your Express Mail fees refunded." Thanks for telling me something that is obvious, and even more so, thank you for letting me know that you're not in the business of customer service, delivery or satisfaction...just simply put..."...not in the service of returning money," brilliant!
