Generate high-yield distressed mortgage investment opportunities which positively impact families and communities
Jorge Newbery works to create meaningful social and financial returns for investors, while keeping families in their homes. Newbery founded American Homeowner Preservation in 2008 as a 501c3 nonprofit that worked directly with banks to modify mortgages and keep homeowners in their homes. He has since guided the evolution of AHP to a real estate crowdfunding platform that allows investors to pool their money and invest in distressed mortgages online. AHP then offers sustainable solutions to families to stay in their homes with reduced payments and discounted principal balances.

Basic Information
My coach was very helpful in letting me know when I was hitting high notes and when I was getting long-winded. She helped me bring my story alive through weekly Skype meetings for eight months. WriteByNight was essential to crafting my first book, Burn Zones.
