This world needs much more transparency

We just updated our Transparency Report, showing how many requests Google gets for information about its users. But we're not allowed to give the full story because the U.S. government says that requests under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) must be kept secret. We can tell you this: Requests have more than doubled around the world since 2009, and more than tripled in the U.S.: http://g.co/u5sp

Share this if you believe you have a right to know what our governments are up to.

I am very pissed off with my country. Totally unacceptable. But the worst thing is that the press and politicians here tend to compare my country's results with the OCDE average, as if comparing oneself with an average it's the right thing to do... For god shake! Always compare yourself with the best, always target high, don't just settle yourself with a f...ing average.

Eating Dozeu nabe in a dojo in Tokyo. Only locals here. I have to say that is more appealing than philippine balut ;-)

It's not how good you are, it's how good you want to be!
Introduction
Live is a daring adventure or nothing! This is just part of my adventure so far :-)
  • I lived in Madrid, London, Dublin, Manila and Singapore.
  • I visited Andorra, Australia, Austria, Cambodia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Fiji Islands, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Spain, Singapore, Thailand, US, UK, Vietnam.
  • I lived in 13 houses and had more than 30 flatmates over time coming from more than 12 different nationalities.
  • I worked as a waiter in several restaurants, as an advertising street delivery man, as an inbound telemarketer for B2C and B2B, as a sales agent for consultant services in Madrid, as a door to door alarm systems sales agent in Dublin, as a till operator and retailer in Dublin and London, as a sales executive for workplace services & products in Madrid, as an Account Manager and Team Lead in Dublin, as a Vendor Sales Manager in Manila and as a Revenue Development Manager in Singapore.
  • I've worked for Mark & Spencer, Harrods, Steelcase and Google.
  • I did the classic route 66 (Chicago-Los Angeles).
  • I did an amazing road trip through India and Cuba.
  • I've been in cheapest hostels and most expensive 5-star hotels.
  • I backpacked alone within SEA for two months and met fantastic people everyday.
  • I've enjoyed the crazy Google Offsites in Solden, Seville, Dublin, Rodhes, Singapore, Hyderabad, Las Vegas, Mountain view, Manila and Kuala Lumpur.
  • I did a 100Kms walk non-stop adventure across the South England countryside.
  • I joined an English course in Spain after 5 years in Ireland and met there a former US jet fighter who fought in the Vietnam war, a former Scotland Yard investigator, an Indian business woman who speaks +15 languages, a teacher from Canada and Judge from the US, a +65 years old Spanish guy with the energy of a 22 years old kid and many more incredible folks.
  • I've been in Spanish, Indonesian and Indian weddings.
  • I've eaten balut (a bit disgusting to my eyes).
  • I lost my suitcase in a taxi trunk in Manila and got it back unexpectedly after one month, having to thank the taxi driver through a live national radio show.
  • I lost my backpack with everything I had in a boat in Gili islands, but got it back with the little help of my friends and some money involved.
  • I did scuba diving in Cuba and Indonesia and Snorkeling in Thailand, Australia (Great barrier reef), Indonesia, and Philippines.
  • I have a fantastic girlfriend who cooks an spicy asian-fusion paella and pasta. She almost killed me when I convinced her to go to Singapore together and she waited for me there for more than one year :-(
  • I've made many incredible friends and worked and partied with extraordinary people.
  • I still haven't got a mortgage :-P
  • I fought and fought and fought and fought again and learnt from every single failure and success. Still fighting :-)
