An article on the Nakagin Capsule Tower with an interview of an owner and photos of my friend Miki. It's here: http://jordymeow.com/nakagin-capsule-tower/ (french translation also available)

Takeda Castle is always popular, and even more so in autumn. Why? Just because that’s the best time to have a chance to admire it surrounded by clouds! Hence its many nicknames such as Castle in the Sky or the Machu Picchu of Japan. To be sure not to miss anything, I reach the site at sunrise.

Hi everyone :) It now looks like I have almost 25,000 followers here, which is huge, much more than the follower I have on my Twitter, Instagram or Facebook. Now I wonder, are you for real? Where are you from? Do you use Google+ everyday, and do you like it? I don't care take of my network here that much because I thought Google+ was not really working. Do you guys even know my website? I am really curious :) Thanks for all your answers, that will be so helpful to me and to what I do and share here :)

I came to follow you here from your website, haikyou.org. In 2015 I was able to use your site to find Nichitsu and the Deer Spring Lodge. The lodge had almost completely caved in and I wasn't able to explore. Nichitsu was an amazing experience though.

The House of the Iron Shutters (D邸) is on a top of a little hill in the middle of the woods and, at the same time, of a big town. The property is huge, there are many rooms of different styles. I found a calendar from 2005 but I think the house was abandoned much before this date. Have a look at the kitchen, it looks quite 90’s, right?

Merci :)

Story

Frenchy living in Japan. In love with photography, travels, mysterious explorations and music.
Introduction
Jordy was born in a small seaside town in the south of France which you have never heard of so let’s just say Bordeaux, it’s close enough. He studied some topics completely unrelated to photography in Paris and China but he forgot to take any photos of those places so it doesn't matter much.

Eventually, he moved to Japan where he became deeply involved in the urban exploration (also known as haikyo) subculture. It was during this time that his hobby of photography really matured and his work took on a level of quality such that people other than his mother might want to look at it.

After many years of this adventurous lifestyle, Jordy’s age is finally catching up with him and he plans to retire in the near future to peacefully live out his few remaining years in his homeland.
