UPDATE to my original 1 star and now turned to 5. Just got a call from Jordan's after I emailed my sales man and wrote a review on there survey. Brand new couch will be delivered to me on Tue March 24th. Thanks Jordan's and Jennifer from customer service for doing the right thing. Original Post >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Hope this does not happen happen to you. Ordered 2 leather reclining couches on that were delivered to me on Tuesday. That day in the afternoon when reclining the couch i notices a black marker stain on the side cushion when the couch was reclined. I called the customer support team they looked at pictures and said they will order a new part that will take 20 to 23 weeks to come in and then have a technician come out and install it. Mind you that these couches are less then 24 hours old. They said because the manufacturer is overseas that this is the time frame. I would expect that for couches that cost 3+K that and them being less then 24 hours old in order to make the customer happy that they would send someone out immediately with a new set and return to old one to the manufacturer. Instead i have to wait until July with brand new couches and look at a black marker stain on my white leather couch until June. This is totally unacceptable. Lesson learned is that when the couch come and is delivered is to inspect every sq inch of the couch and have it 100% to your liking if not you will be on the phone pleading for them to help you out. I even have the extended warranty and still when i called them they said because the couch is so new to deal with Jordan's directly. Who ever reads this this was my experience and will make sure that until this is resolved in a timely manner that everyone knows the way we were treated with brand new furniture less then 24 hours old.

Michael Carroll was a great salesman. He listened to what we wanted and took the time to show us what he thought we would be interested in - in all price ranges. We went to the factory outlet in addition to the general store. He answered every question we had, and often showing us what he was telling us. My boyfriend is a strongman competitor and we were looking for a sturdy couch that would last. Michael opened up the couch and showed us the springs and stood on them to show us how much weight it could hold! He offered different ideas like getting a sleeper couch to have that extra material in the couch to support him. You can tell he is very experienced and knows what he is doing! If you go to the Reading store, make sure to ask for him! He wont let you down.... but he will make you laugh!

I was very pleased with my experience at Jordan's in Reading, MA. The purchases I made and the people that helped me with the purchases. It was a smooth and pleasant experience. Customer service was excellent and delivery schedules and times were right on time. I can't say enough about how positive my experience was and how professional everyone was.

We knew whatwe wanted the sales staff let us look on our own until we were ready to ask questions. Sal was the sales person he was quite knowledgable about the leather sectional we purchased. Iwould definately tell friends and family and encourage them to visit. Also the burger at Fudruckers was awesome. Thank-you Harry Lizotte

My furniture was delivered earlier than expected which was great. Very nice delivery guys. Salesman was very helpful when I placed my order. Unlike Sears, where I originally placed this same order, Sears has very rude sales people. They lie to customers and are very insulting. Sales staff at Jordan's is nothing but friendly, kind and very considerate. Would never do business with Sears again. Jordan's, you have my business!

Just purchased a media unit for the family room. The sales rep was very helpful and the delivery was made on time. I have purchased from Jordan's before. I have been very pleased with both the furniture and the customer service.

I had a great shopping experience at Jordan's Furniture last May when I furnished my new apartment. My sales lady was extremely friendly and helpful by spending time with me and sharing her decorating knowledge. The furniture has so far proven to be of good quality. The problem lies with their fabric protection program which I opted for on all my purchased pieces. It was difficult scheduling them to come out for the initial claim, as they would not return the first few phone calls and did not show for the first appointment made. Now that the stains have been determined as permanent / non-cleanable, the fabric protection company is completely non-responsive to phone messages and emails. I've gone through Jordan's Customer Service regarding this matter but am told they are not able help me and transfers me yet again to the unresponsive fabric protection company. I find it comical that Jordan's cannot help me, yet was more than willing to take my money when up-selling me the protection program.
