We had a very helpful and knowledgeable sleep doctor. My wife and I  had an easy no pressure experience purchasing a new mattress.  Our delivery was super, the 2 delivery men were wonderful.

Perfect experience all around. Salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful since we knew nothing about adjustable beds. He assured us that the mattress we bought from Jordans two years ago would fit just fine on the new bed. Delivery guys were great. They had to do a little "surgery" on the old bed frame but got everything fitted in without a problem.

I would like to thank Nicole Davenport for all her help and for making my shopping experience very smooth. Her expertise and knowledge of merchandise was very impressive to me. She was very accurate, helpful and efficient in explaining the process and next step getting my living room set delivered.

We purchased a new bedroom set without the mattress, which we purchased a year ago at Jordan's, and love it! The bedroom set looks beautiful and seems well made out of solid wood. The delivery schedule was for between 2:00 and 5:30 but they showed up at 5:20:-( I know how difficult it is to nail down a delivery time but in this case I was a little upset when they arrived with 10 minutes left in our delivery window and the driver knew it. He apologized and explained that he had been on 14 other deliveries that day prior to my house and explained that he was extremely tired. I begrudge no company from turning a profit but whoever is scheduling these drivers on such horrendous delivery routes should be publicly flogged and then fired! If I had been given a window of 4:00 to 5:30 I could have accomplished alot more that day. This is not a difficult task if routes are scheduled properly and thoughtfully! I can't think of another industry where you can be so wishy washy about when you'll show up. Wait...... Cable Guy! So has Jordan's become the "Cable Guy" of the furniture industry??? To ad insult to injury, I found cigarette butts in my driveway and my garden where they parked their truck.... really! You don't have an empty D&D takeout cup in the cab??? Really! It's a disgusting habit and I was the one who had to clean up after them! GROSS! I give Jordans an A for product and sales and a D for delivery.... Work to do ladies and gentlemen!

I had a great experience buying a new bed at Jordans. Jessica was so great to work with in finding the best bed for me. She was professional and friendly and I felt really good about my purchase. The whole process was really smooth in terms of delivery too. I was emailed and called and the guys came when they said they would, calling when they were near by. Then once they came, they were in and out in 20 minutes with my new bed set up. I would definitely recommend Jordans and will purchase furniture there again. Thanks, Jordans!

The sales associate was very helpful without being overbearing. Communication regarding delivery was above expected. On delivery day the deliverers (Josh and Ralph) called ahead to let me know they were 10 minutes away and delivery was well within the scheduled time frame. When they discovered that my set was for indoors rather than the deck, they immediately attached felt to the leg bottoms - an unexpected courtesy. They were efficient and polite. I had shopped around and the price was much better than other places.

The whole experience, from first entering the store to this survey, has been top-notch. We actually LOVE Jordan's. All our interactions have surpassed our expectations. Quality merchandise, tremendous staff, everyone seems to love working there. Delivery was great. My favorite moment was when Eliot (prerecorded) called to confirm delivery, after he said "hello," I said" Hey Elliot, how are you doing." The recording paused just a second and he said, "I would love to talk to you personally, but this is a recording." Ha!

THE GOOD - prices appear to be reasonable. - they're huge, so selection is good. - customer service are friendly on the phone. - sales staff doesn't bother you, but are there if you need them and are helpful. THE BAD - every piece of furniture that we've purchased appears to be poor quality. - screws and bolts constantly need to be re-tightened or squirted with wood glue so that they hold. - furniture doesn't hold up to standard wear and tear. A light nudge by a vacuum cleaner results in large chunks of wood falling off furniture legs. - a pull-out ouch with an air mattress leaked and needed to be inflated every hour. This was replaced twice and is simply a bad design. - several bar stool legs fell off - you call customer service to report an item that is defective and it takes 3 months (!) to send you a replacement item. - the delivery guys say the "F" word repeatedly and complain about their job in front of your kids. - the delivery guys get grease/dirt on your walls from packing blankets that have been in a dirty truck. THE RECOMMENDATION - absolutely not. - go somewhere else, spend more money and get quality furniture that will last and better delivery times.
