Tremendous place to buy quality furnture. i bought a Temperpedic and salesman Bill Reynolds couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was a breeze, and the guys even put little stilts under the slats that sit under the boxspring because my staircase is narrow so the box spring has to be in two pieces (called splits). No more worry about sagging in the middle. I used to put hardcover books under the slats to prevent this. No need for that now. Overall, a very impressive team at Jordan's -- great communication, fast delivery. Impressive. A+++++

Start to finish was a positive experience. Each time I called, I got to speak to a live person and not a machine. The price was perfect and the customer service was outstanding. I will definitely think of Jordan's for my next purchase.

I went in looking for a new bed (frame not the mattress) because it was time for an update, and I new I was looking for something upholstered and possibly platform style. We were helped by a man named Tim Raymond who I highly recommend asking for because he was amazing! He put in every effort to help me find exactly what I was looking for, from beds, to colors to materials etc. He was awesome to deal with and he was always right there if I needed to ask a question. I was there for quite a while, almost 2 hours or more probably and he helped the entire time. The bed I ended up choosing was a little more than my price range but it was outstanding quality and just wonderful. I also love how Jordan's had fabric protection, so If I can not get a stain out they will come do it and if they still cannot they will send a whole new piece! Though it did cost extra for the protection plan it is worth every penny considering what I was purchasing. I have not received the bed yet, because it was a custom order but everything went perfect and I cant wait until it comes in! This was not the first time I had been to Jordan's, my parents has always shopped there for their furniture, and every time we have outstanding service and I have never seen better quality furniture at any other store.

I purchased a bed frame from this particular Jordan's store, and the entire place is spectacular. It's beautifully decorated, well organized, and the staff was willing to help but didn't stalk me around the store and pester me like in other places. Furthermore I was thrilled by the quality of their service. I ended up returning the bed frame because it was a little too big for my tastes, and as long as they receive the return request within 7 days there's no problem. They even waived the usual fee for return pickup, without me even having to ask for it. So I didn't have to pay to return it or haul it back to the store myself to save the money. Overall a very straightforward, legitimate place with truly top-notch customer service!

Not customer friendly. I bought a mattress from Jordan's in 2002 and it was a good experience. I finally found the time to get out and replace it after I did two years of research to prepare me for buying a mattress. I decided to check out Jordan's again. But unfortunately I hadn't researched enough to know they didn't carry the mattress I wanted. When I asked for that mattress the salesman didn't tell me they don't carry it. I got caught up in the sales experience and ended up with the wrong mattress. I can take the blame for not looking out for my interests, so lesson one is a salesman does not have your interest first. Then I saw a similar mattress to the one I bought at Jordan's for more than $200 less at another store. I definitely had buyer's remorse but I figured I was stupid so I'd have to live with it. Then the first time I changed the sheets I felt something strange and then realized the white filling was coming out where it had been gashed for about 2 and a half feet (I hadn't noticed it when I first put on the sheets because there was no color contrast). I assume this happened when it was opened from the plastic at delivery. My back and forth with customer service was an ordeal but they agreed to replace the mattress. That wasn't what I wanted. I wanted some money back to keep the defective product because ultimately I want to go buy the mattress I want. I had to acknowledge replacing the mattress was a solution but then I was stuck with delivery on their terms not when it was convenient for me. The loss of a much needed vacation day to wait for delivery of a mattress I plan on saving money to replace was too high a cost for me. This and a bad experience buying a couch from another company has me never wanting to let go of my hard earned money on furniture again. I certainly will never throw away money at Jordan's again.

I went with my daughter while she picked out a mattress, I was so impressed with Mike Hennessey and his knowledge and how he helped her find the proper mattress. I asked if I could take advantage of the sale and he said yes, he gave me the information and said think about it and come back before the sale ends. I went back and Mike was not there but Patrick was and he also was a great help and very knowledgeable and I found the perfect mattress for me. Great job!!! The delivery people were very kind, pleasant and did not take any time at all to get the bed set up and they were out the door. Great job!!!!!! Thank you all that helped me.

I bought a sleeper sofa at Jordan's four years ago. It is used very seldom. It recently began to sag, so I called customer service where it was determined I needed a new deck, which cost a third the price of the original sofa. Not only that, it will be over a month before I have the part, which I will need to install myself. I guess you get what you pay for.

Ned in the Sleep Lab was great! Paid attention to the needs of our family and answered all questions. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He ensured we received our military discount, something I am very grateful for Jordan's Furniture, and completed our purchase very efficiently.
