Incredibly slow. I'll be moving my scripts to Harps across the road. I should not have to wait 30+ minutes in the drive thru line for one car in front of me.

Based on the glowing reviews I've seen on here and other sites I was extremely disappointed. Atmosphere: If you're expecting an intimate Italian atmosphere don't. Atmosphere is good for the "keep Fayetteville funky" mood but not what I was looking for in Italian. Service: The people there were kind and polite. Appetizer: Bread was about the only redeeming quality other than service that this restaurant had. Sliced baguette toasted with a side of butter and garlic. Basic but decent. Salad was at least crisp but the dressing very watery and bland. Meal: Had the chicken parmesan. It reminded me of a TV dinner. The breading was soggy and about the only distinguishable flavor was the twangy sour flavor in the sauce which did not taste fresh but rather like it came from a can. I just had a hard time stomaching the food. I'm a proponent for eating local but this place needs serious improvement in the kitchen before I return.

A little slow on the service tonight but it's great to finally have a Braums in Frisco. I love their ice cream and it's the only reason I go there. German Chocolate on a waffle cone is the best IMHO! Edit: oh and I love the Braums building style that they went with. Very cool Idk why but it is.

Not just me, but another customer parked next to me hated the customer service there. Busy evening and the only people working are two clerks and the manager. One of the clerks was 2 days new but I swear he tried harder than the rest to try to help. No one was really knowledgeable and the manager had a poor attitude towards friendly customer service. Manager told the person next to me they didn't have the oil for her car when the 2 day old guy found it easily and the manager grudgingly helped me remove a battery clamp on my corroded battery. Had to install the battery myself which I don't mind other than the fact that I wasn't even offer help installing the battery. The Autozone where I used to live in North Richland Hills was waaaaaay better when I went there years ago and they happily helped me replace a battery before. Good luck new guy

I'll have to agree with another reviewer of this place. Having been there myself the machines pitch very wild. Mostly high (head level) and I'm not short either (6 ft). I was batting for slow pitch softball and this machine in no way helps. And yes, lots of time is wasted collecting your balls and dumping them into the machine rather than some batting cages that are sloped and auto collect balls for you. Lastly I wouldn't give this place 2 stars like google wants to give. I'd give it 1 most but apparently there's no review picks for less than "Poor - Fair".

Overpriced and poor quality. Took my queen sized comforter in since it's too big for my stacked apartment washer/dryer and it cost me $28. Wasn't even told upfront how much it would cost until I came to pick it up. For $28 I expected QUALITY! Instead it smells funky, the fabric inside the comforter is all bunched up and the fabric is stiff. I'm wondering if they even dried it. Maybe they did one round in the dryer but it definitely wasn't completely dry when they were done with it. I'll be going to a Laundromat and using an industrial washer/dryer from now on unless I find a better place in Frisco or north Plano.
