"The raw cacao nibs are rich in antioxidants, which will increase energy and endurance, as well as improve mental and athletic performance. More benefits are found in hemp seeds, which naturally balance hormones, and berries which burn fat."

· 1 cups almond milk
· 1/2 frozen banana
· 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
· 1 tsp hemp seeds
· 1 tsp raw cacao powder or nibs (optional)
· 1/2 cup ice

Add all to blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy! #‎smoothierecipe #‎jonijuice
