With this new SL Retail with modified OSInstall.mpkg (for mbr) I'm now able to install OSX to the correct MBR partition, but first i had to click on customize (after selecting the new partition) and uncheck the languages I don't need (which aren't included on the ISO), all of the printer drivers as well as the X11 app. It should end up like the picture on the right.

After the installation is finished took out the SL Retail disc and inserted the iBoot Legacy disc. When it loaded I chose my installed SL partition. If it boots without Kernel Panics (Mac's BSODs) the hard part is DONE! All I had to do was follow the instructions after the welcome video and I was in.

On Windows 7 I opened Transmac (http://www.asy.com) and browsed the SL Retail ISO: /HFS+ Volume/System/Installation/Packages. Deleted OSInstall.mpkg and copied this one instead http://deviato.wordpress.com/2010/05/06/osinstall-10-6-3-10d575-patched-for-mbr-partitioned-hard-disks/#comment-462. Also copied the OSInstall to the path that's inside the downloaded zip file. Burning the ISO at 4x (just in case) on another DVD right now.
