I don't care what your politicial believes are but there is no way this should be allowed to happen.  Classified data shouldn't be hanging out on a thumb drive.  EVER... No matter who you are
http://www.politico.com/story/2015/07/hillary-clinton-email-thumbdrive-security-120833.html
Hillary Clinton’s private lawyer has a thumb drive containing classified information from as many as five U.S. intelligence agencies — but the State Department told POLITICO the law firm is taking “appropriate measures” to secure the files. The agency declined to detail steps made to protect the sensitive information in attorney...

I wouldn't know, but the article says that it was handled/stored according to proper asks, so from that perspective I meant it's secure..

But I do agree, the more portable the media the secure documents are on, the easier of a target they are to transport. But say it's encrypted the same way on a usb vs a hard-disk vs on a file share/server, the encryption part is equally secure, right?

Now I'm no expert on classified documents, so I may be missing some important part you're thinking of.
That said I still think it's more news/politics than a true issue based on the info in the article,

I'm not advocating dems vs repubs (sp?), just that I think it's more likely to be a discussion based on it being newsworthy because it's politics....

I mean if your "watchdog" says its good and you're following instructions to keep the documents secure, then I'm not in a position to argue that, other than to agree, that it being on a usb is very mobile of a media. It's still secure, right? If not then there's something larger wrong,,, which obviously that's a possibility too 😧

Yay for United?  This stinks, the same group that hacked the OPM now have access to all our flight information as well.  Maybe they are correlating information?

Maybe if they steal +Jonathan Jesse's information it'll crash their system and all the data will get sucked into a black hole of technology.

Maybe instead of wasting soooo much taxpayer money he should do a GoToMeeting or Skype or FaceTime on his iPhone. 6 million in flight alone, not including everything else.

Damn that's a lot of bandwidth will be interested to hear final numbers
Microsoft's deployment of Windows 10 is massive, so large in fact that it may break the Internet as the company is said to have reserved up to 40TB/s across all major CDNs.

Saw this from +Kevin Tofel, this is brilliant.. Why can't more monitors do this.  Now how can I expense report this new addition to my home office: http://www.zdnet.com/article/samsungs-newest-monitor-can-wirelessly-charge-your-phone/
Finally: A wireless charging pad for your phone in a place that makes sense. When using a computer, you're not likely using a handset, so why not let your monitor recharge it?

More information about the new Plasma KDE mobile. Wish I had a Nexus 5, anyone want to get me one and I will write all about my experiences
"Embracing Mobile" http://vizZzion.org/blog/2015/07/embracing-mobile/
At Blue Systems, we have been working on making Plasma shine for a while now. We've contributed much to the KDE Frameworks 5 and Plasma 5 projects, and helping with the transition to Qt5. Much of this work has been involving porting, stabilizing and improving existing code.

And so it begins.. Your auto has been owned and you no longer control it.  Imagine a Sprint enabled smart phone can scan for uConnect devices and then can be remotely exploited.  You are screwed

Fives - Match Twos and Threes!
market.android.com

Fives is a deceptively simple puzzle game where you match similar numbers. You can combine twos and threes, but not twos and twos, or threes

Not too much to say here, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and the internet was decent. In my mind all of that makes a good hotel to stay at, and I've stayed at a lot of them. Walk across the road to the Cumberland Mall and spend time there, be careful traffic is crazy, but it is Atlanta so what do you expect?

Our dog has been going here since the place opened and we love it. The staff is amazing and the attention to detail our dog receives here is out of this world. The staff is friendly and knowledge and treat our dog like one of their own, perhaps better. We have used this for day visits and overnights and love it.

This was one of the higher classed Courtyard Marriott that I've ever stayed at. The hotel was great. The front desk people were awesome and extremely helpful in regards to pointing out places to go and how to get there. Parking onsite is either self park in the garage or via valet. Don't forget to take the card for exiting/entering the parking garage they give you upon checking in or you may feel like an idiot going back to the front desk to get out of the garage :) Speaking from experience. Anyways a great hotel, clean rooms, modern rooms and very helpful staff. i will stay here again

What a great hotel and a friendly staff. One of the few Spring Hill Suites that have a bar in them. The hotel is hidden a bit behind the Costco and Target on 28th Street so you might miss it but it is a great hotel. Along with Costco and Target in the Waterfall Shoppes there are several restaurants you can visit. A bit of a walk from the hotel but you can quickly get there via car. I recommend this place for all of my co-workers to stay at when in town

Gluten Free Deserts/Snacks available. My wife and love this place. There seem to be other well know, more famous coffee places in Grand Rapids, but this is my favorite. My wife and I have made this place a Friday morning habit. We both grab a great cup of coffee or latte and enjoy the quite atmosphere. She reads a book or catches up on other things while I spend the morning doing email and documentation. A wonderful addition to the Grand Rapids area and in my mind the best coffee place in GR as well

Nice hotel in the Arundel Mills/BWI Airport region. Across the street from the Arundel Mills Mall so not as crazy as some of the other hotels in the area. Staff was pleasant and very accomedating. Rooms were very clean and hotel internet was fast. Would stay here again.

GLUTEN FREE CUPCAKES There is a schedule to which cupcakes they make when and where so please go online to see the menu/schedule so you know what will be available when you are there. I've been a lot of places that have Gluten Free cupcakes and these were good but not the greatest. Anyways they offer 2 flavors of Gluten Free (Chocolate w/ Vanilla Frosting and Chocolate w/ Chocolate Frosting). Worth it if you are in the area, but not a place I would drive a long time for
