I lost my keys and needed to get into my car to retrieve my briefcase for work the next morning. After spending the day turning my house upside down looking for the keys that must have grown legs, I called Craig who was in bed sleeping but he picked up the phone anyways. I didn't need him to come right that moment but he was willing to do so. I assured him it could wait till the morning. He was at my house bright and early with a big smile and very quickly unlocked my car for me. Craig was amazing and very polite. It was a pleasure working with him. Hopefully I'll never need his services again but if I do he will be the first person I call. I highly recommend!
