Yep never ever buy tires from these guys, they suck.

Let's see where to begin. After positive reviews on forums about their tires and wonderful customer service my wife and I decided to give TreadWright a try. First of all if I could give them negative stars or take away a 5 star review that would be the only way I could possibly describe the worst experience I have ever had with any company regardless of product.

Order date: June 7th 2014 (this was a Saturday) Treadwright customer service is only available Monday through Friday 8am-5pm CST. So i could not even call someone until Monday about the order status as "Pending".

Thursday June 12, 2014 - First call to customer service about the curious order status "Pending". The response was "Looking at you order it should ship either June 13th or June 16. I'm thinking "OK cool a bit longer than I expected, but acceptable"

Monday June 16, 2014 - Second call to customer service, Order Status is still "Pending" and the tires did not ship. The rep apologized for the misinformation and said that sometimes it can take 1-2 weeks for an order to process. Now I'm thinking ridiculous, but they were such a good deal I'll wait. So from the order date that would put the latest ship date at June 30th.

Friday June 27 - Third call to customer service. This time I spoke with a Senior customer service rep. Said that "the tires were produced today, but unfortunately it was to late in the day for them to be shipped out. They would definitely ship out Monday". Then click he hung up the phone. I mean custom service 101 make sure the customer doesn't have anymore questions. That was incredibly irritating, but fine heck I've waited this long already.

Monday June 30 - Fourth call to customer service. Again I speak with a senior custom service rep (I believe it was the same one from Friday, but I can't remember any names). I was then told that the tires were being produced, but it would be an additional week to week and a half. I then asked if he could either discount the tires or refund the shipping costs to keep me as a customer. The response was that "Nobody was available who could authorize this." I then requested that my order be canceled. The response was " OK I can do that for you. You will receive an email shortly, and depending on you bank the refund could take 2-10 business days." Then click. No I am very sorry I could not help you out more, nothing. I was furious at this point.

Called back and found out that only the corporate office has any power to do anything. I wanted to make it known to them how rudely I was dealt with. I was transferred there and got a voicemail message instructing me of their business hours (which I was called between) and to leave my name number and a brief message. Several messages were left and my calls were never returned.

This company is a joke. I would have loved to review the tires, but I did not even get that far. Rediculous.
