I keep thinking a lot of people are going to be hurt and killed using this...and that's just from the people they keep running into and annoying. Cars and buses will also do their part. Our minds cannot concentrate on two things. #justsayin

We think technology should work for you—to be there when you need it and get out of your way when you don’t.

A group of us from Google[x] started Project Glass to build this kind of technology, one that helps you explore and share your world, putting you back in the moment. We’re sharing this information now because we want to start a conversation and learn from your valuable input. So we took a few design photos to show what this technology could look like and created a video to demonstrate what it might enable you to do.

Please follow along as we share some of our ideas and stories. We’d love to hear yours, too. What would you like to see from Project Glass?

Our minds can't concentrate on multiple things? - That's called multi-tasking to everyone else. - Not to mention that the device being on or off is yah know...optional.

Exactly. Humans can't really multitask http://goo.gl/2yuQj -- While you may be smart enough to not order tickets or check your email while stepping in front of a bus or driving your car, others won't. You can't do both, but people will try.

Also, I think this technology is amazing and bad ass. I just happen to also think it's a horrible idea. I've thought this since the first time I heard people were testing it years ago at MIT.
