Statement of Rights and Responsibilities
This Statement of Rights and Responsibilities ("Statement," "Terms," or "SRR") derives from the Brending Principles, and is our terms of service that governs our relationship with brenders and others who interact with Brending. By using or accessing Brending, Every brender agrees to this Statement, as updated from time to time in accordance with Section 14 below. Additionally, Every brender will find resources at the end of this document that help Every brender understand how Brending works.
Every brenders privacy is very important to Brending, LLC | An Ohio Company. We designed our Data Use Policy to make important disclosures about how Every brender can use Brending to brend with others and how we collect and can use Every brenders brends and other brenders RDF or RDFa. We encourage Every brender to read the Data Use Policy, and to use it to help Every brender make informed decisions.
2.Brending Every brender Brends and Brenders
Every brender owns all of the brends brended on Brending. You will recall the word post used in the past. While brending you brend you don't post. Every brender can control how it is Brended through Every brenders privacy and application settings. In addition: 1. For Brends that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (IP Brends), Every brender specifically give us the following permission, subject to Every brender privacy and application settings: Every brender grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP Brends that Every brender post on or in connection with Brending (IP License). This IP License ends when Every brender delete Every brender IP Brends or Every brender account unless Every brender Brends has been Brended with others, and they have not deleted it. What does this mean? Don't brend any brends on brending if you don't want other brenders to have your brends.
2. When Every brender delete IP Brends, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, Every brender understand that removed Brends may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others).
3. When Every brender uses an application, the application may ask for Every brender permission to access Every brender Brends and Brenders as well as Brends and Brenders that others have Brended with Every brender. We require applications to respect Every brender privacy, and Every brender agreement with that application will control how the application can use, store, and transfer that Brends and Brenders. (To learn more about Platform, including how Every brender can control what Brenders other people may brend with applications, read our Data Use Policy and Platform Page.)
4. When Every brender publishes Brends or Brenders using the Public setting, it means that Every brender is allowing everyone, including people off of Brending, to access and use that Brenders, and to associate it with Every brender (i.e., Every brender name and profile picture).
5. We always appreciate Every brender feedback or other suggestions about Brending, but Every brender understands that we may use them without any obligation to compensate Every brender for them (just as Every brender have no obligation to offer them).
