I was going to delete the code when I decided that it was the second time someone in a short span of time asked me the same question, and I should post how to do it ...

I needed to simulate a slooow response time and this worked like a charm.
Creates fake slow responses as api endpoint

Lockheed Martin said it could seal a $11.25 billion deal to sell naval ships to Saudi Arabia as early as next year, countering the likely impact on domestic orders if the Pentagon is pressed into a prolonged stopgap budget.

Introduction

I believe in the spirit of community. We together can make the world a better place. Technology has the power to improve the lives of our fellow man. It also has the power to destroy us all.

We as a society must try to understand how we transform the world around us!

In 1984, we had a vision of the future where we were connected. The fear of "Big Brother" was just science fiction. Today, we have "smart" phones with geographical location, and cameras. Youtube, Flickr, and Picasa are a click away. Social sites have broken down privacy so that we have come to accept "friending" as a social norm with all of its barriers to privacy abandoned.

This is not to say that technology is so scary. Geo-location can save lives, it can help farmers control planting, keeping in touch with family and friends is a click away. Twitter can tell us when something like an earthquake is happening before the official information is reported. Facebook can lead to social revolution like the "Arab Spring".

This place offers a quiet getaway from the hectic world around you, and indulges your senses with a taste of the Caribbean. The sandwiches are close to being divinely crafted. I end up bringing half of it home for a second delicious meal. The staff are friendly and can guide you along if you are not familiar with Cuban cooking. I have not been led astray by any of the opportunities they have presented to me. I came in one day after military drill in uniform, and they treated me like I was a guest of honor at a banquet. I was humbled.
