Hi, 
   Another good question to ask "how can we test this idea with the least investment (time or effort)?"    Often, we think we need to build a product before testing it, but there are techniques in the Lean world to test if customers would actually be interested in the product/feature. These techniques try to answer that question without building much (if any) code.   Dry testing is one technique.
