Mobile gaming, Splatoon. One of the primary criticisms of Splatoon upon release was its lack of variation in online game modes. Nintendo's been slowly working ...

Third, law enforcement officials have been known to operate stingray at political rallies and protests. Using the stingray at these types of events captures the cell phone data of everyone in attendance.

Justice Anthony Kennedy, who authored today’s ruling legalizing same-sex marriage throughout the United States, is sometimes made fun of for his notoriously purple prose. But today he managed to close his opinion with one of the most beautiful passages you’ll likely read in a court case. I teared up. So...

With all of my years of shooting people's faces clean off, on every platform imaginable, I can tell you that not only is the Wii U's 'Splatoon' a great game ... it's a literal savior.

And the day finally comes.
Today marks the last day to use any coins you acquired from Club Nintendo, which will be closing down for the new revised website later this year.

"Archerfish are remarkably accurate in their shooting [water]; adult fish almost always hit the target on the first shot. They can bring down insects and other prey up to 3 m above the water's surface."

The Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee report that came out in February contained some pretty game-changing advice that's largely been overlooked: Don't worry about the total amount of fat you eat.

Such slow service. Maybe everyone is getting tires this week, but it was packed on Saturday. They checked out my car and ordered me my tire in a reasonable amount of time. But when I returned Tuesday at my appointed time to get the tire, it was 2 to 3 times less busy, and the front guy was still telling others that they were very busy. I was told it would take 60 to 90 minutes for my tire; it took about 3 hours. This was to get 1 tire replaced. They didn't balance or rotate (despite the signage that says that's free for life), yet after they finally pulled my car into the bay, it sat there seemingly unattended for at least an hour. No updates were given to me or explanation for the delay. The only reason that I stayed was because this was a hazard warranty repair; that tire was owed to me. Right before my car was pulled in, the front guy nearly stopped a customer from leaving, saying his car would be pulled in within 10 minutes. I now know that it was wise that the customer left, though he was instructed to return on Saturday before the place opens. Also, the store is closed on Sundays. That's probably a corporate policy, but don't expect to go in on a Saturday & have tires for work on Monday.

The only exclusive karaoke bar that I know of in the city. It generally gets a big crowd on weekends, with less patrons on weekdays. Either way can be fun, depending on the night you're looking for. Expect to wait to sing if it's crowded, as most other visitors also want to sing. Staff is dedicated to the place and returns customers' respect.

Lynn's is worth checking out when you have out-of-town visitors, but not something I'd recommend for regular dining. It's decorated fun and has some fun store items, but but the food is generally pricey. This is especially true for the items that have been featured on the food network such as the 4B french toast—which is not bad, but does not taste too special and isn't quite worth its up-charge. Unfortunately, the atmosphere and hype tend to outweigh the food quality and value.

The breakfast that I've had here has been very good. Unfortunately, the place is small and gets busy on weekend mornings, so waiting for a table is typical. They also have removed some fantastic offerings, such as the Foster Your Waffles; I was told this was because they no longer had a liquor license, though that explanation seems suspect. The Lemon Pancakes and Tower of Waffles are both good and available last time I was there. Eating at the bar is a bit awkward, especially if they stick you in the corner.
