So Joseph M. Merrow was my grandfather's father, or my great-grandfather. He died in 1947, this article says. I have no memory of having met the gentleman.

Competent, efficient, thorough and extremely pleasant to boot. Who could ask for more? Kathy Feng is a jewel, and her staff is personable and professional. My hearing aid ceased functioning the other day, and, as a newcomer to NYC, I did not know where to turn. I found the New York Hearing Center on the internet. Boy, am I glad I did... (and as an added bonus, you get to visit some of Chinatown's wonderful food markets if you are so inclined). Outstanding....
