Not a single one of those lines were "terrible". Some were even good and none were so out of place as you tried to make them out to be. I almost felt like I was watching cute kittens rolling around and playing with a narrative about how they are fighting to the death. Or something to that effect...

I had never rented anything from Lee Hartman before, although I had talked about it and thought about it for various reasons. They didn't rent a few things that I needed, but they were just simply amazing and friendly and went above and beyond for me. And my rental was not even that much or that expensive, but they still treated me as if I spent thousands renting equipment. Mike was the gentlemen I had the pleasure of working with throughout the renting and picking up process and he even through in a few things that I ended up needing for no extra charge and I am just extremely pleased with them. Next time that I need to rent more equipment, I'm going to them first for everything I can get from them.

I attended a wedding shower at the Hotel Floyd so I know nothing of the rooms or service, but the building looked fairly new and was really nice looking. Had an outdoor seating area and the room we had for the shower was a nice, clean room with plenty of space for our event.

Completely messed up my order and wanted the burger back when they're just going to throw it away. Then I was accused of wanting to eat the burger and get another free. NO! I DON'T CARE WHO EATS IT, BUT I'M NOT GOING TO LET THEM WASTE PERFECTLY GOOD FOOD! Terrible, terrible. How do you mess an order up this bad? Everything except ketchup and mayo is so simple. I wish to god I could give them a negative rating

(this is a review for the company) I wish I could give them less than 1 star. UPS is the WORST shipping company around. How they are the most used, I'll never understand. They hold your packages STRICTLY until the delivery date (it could be IN YOUR TOWN for a day OR MORE but you won't get it until the delivery date) and their package insurance is a joke. They lost my package, and denied my claim ONE WEEK AFTER CLOSING THE INVESTIGATION! Then to make things worse, the condition of MY PACKAGE when it came back was deplorable! It had been soaked, torn up, and taped up...oh yeah, and UPS OPENED MY PACKAGE!!! What gives them the right to open something they do not own?! To add to all of that, packages that are lost and never claimed, when found, ARE DESTROYED!!!!!!!! THEY ARE DESTROYING PERFECTLY GOOD ITEMS THAT PEOPLE COULD USE!! Not to mention the WASTED CARBON FOOTPRINT! That item they are destroying had an impact on the environment in many ways: The actual manufacture process, shipping it to the seller or distributor, shipping it via UPS where it GOT LOST and then probably one more trip before it is DESTROYED! All of that FOR NOTHING!! And the actual destruction has an impact as well, and it's all POINTLESS! UPS is a disgusting company.

One star because of an incredibly rude examiner. I don't know why I didn't write this review earlier. The facility is great and the teachers were nice but unfortunately, the examiners are in a seat of power. nothing can be done if one abuses his power. I wish I remembered his name. He was a complete ass. I had to apologize to him or they wouldn't pass me. It was DISGUSTING. If I had to do it all over, I'd avoid this school for that one reason. He's that bad.

FedEx is hands down the best carrier option as far as service. I don't understand WHAT in the world these other reviews are talking about. I have had nothing but problems with UPS. Problem after problem after problem. And I've had nothing but good experience with FedEx. Only FedEx will let you get your package THE DAY it gets into your city, even if it's early (UPS will keep it for days IN YOUR CITY before finally delivering it. It's so close, yet you can't touch it). IE: I have a package right now that's coming in and if it gets here before their facility closes, I will probably be able to go pick it up tonight even though it's scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Oh, but I'm not just talking about going to the facility to get your package, I'm talking about actually DELIVERY too. That's right, if your package comes into town 2 days early, you will GET it 1-2 days early. IE: I ordered from Motorola (who very WISELY uses FedEx instead of UPS) and my package was supposed to come Monday...10 am on the previous Friday morning, oh look, my package! UPS would have held it over the weekend JUST to deliver it on the exact day it is set for delivery.
